Hard to get help to complete a return on a new item. The old items keep coming up
I have been happy with most of my items but the last few have not fit good. I need to return a swim suit I purchased so please let me get a return slip so I can return it

Lovely swimsuit, good fit even though I would normally be more a 10-12 than this 8-10. Delivery quite slow but overall pleased with purchase.

Delivery is just as said to arrive A little longer than other co. But quality is really good

My experience has not been great with modily. I've been trying to retrive a promised refund on returned items. Yet modily has attempted to pull funding from my account (via Klarna)although the items have been returned.

Arrives on time and true to size. The swimsuits are fantastic and i wear them all on my vacations.

I always buy from Modlily - great quality and although more expensive than other outlets definitely worth it

I need a shipping label sent to me been trying to get one so I can return the swim suit and get a smaller size. I don't live near a UPS store so I cannot use the QR code.

I got denum blue one piece with scarf skirt and brown and pink 2 piece shorts with top and they are tru to size! They fit better than any suite before. So looking forward to the new one i am ordering now. I sent out on my facebook page to all my friends too!

Their swimsuits are really awesome. They are made well and fit perfectly. I highly recommend Modlily. I have to resist buying too many since there are so many cute suits.

Shipping goes good! Everything is always as described!

Everything I have ordered has fit perfectly and good quality. And, the best part is they look good on. My only complaint is slow shipping. I try to order everything that says "quick ship" but there is NO quick ship. I am still waiting on two swim suits and 3 summer dresses. Today is July 12th. Summer is going to be over before I get them.
