Simple, easy ordering online, found what I wanted to order, once done easy checkout page….

I purchased 4 items. Two of them didn't fit. So, I sent them back for exchange. Two weeks after they were received back at the return site, my order status still says returning. This is unacceptable. I have already chatted with customer service. Really didn't get answers. I probably won't be ordering again.

Pretty shirts, you have to watch the size,some are very clingy. I order a size bigger.

After some confusion about which item I was for refund and returning to exchange, the issue was quickly reviewed and straightened out.

Returning is very easy. You are able to track the return to see if it has been received by Modlily. However I have not been able to see if the exchange item has been shipped.

Great deal on 4 swim suits. Shipping was a bit long, but not as long as it could have been. Suits are great quality fit as expected.

The site had a lot of issues. Trouble with promised discounts. Items fine but had to return 2 for an exchange. They didn't want to honor the discount on the exchange items, wanted me to pay up before they would change it. Then if refund is wanted they want to charge you $10.99 for your "free" return. So if you used a discount don't count on being able to use that discount on exchange. They made me fight for everything. Still didn't get the discount. But if you take a store credit then you can use a discount and pat less than if you did it s an exchange- if you could find the discount. Sent you around in circles trying to communicate. Online chat help was no help. The product is what is promised, the customer service- especially the return issues, not so much. I still feel I should be entitled to a refund on the discounted amount of exchange.

I enjoy having some clothes that everyone else doesn't have! I get compliments when I wear things from ModLily!

Ordered 2 pantsuits, was disappointed in the quality but the return and exchange for 2 swimsuits was smooth. The swimwear is exceptional, in both quality and fit.

From the initial shopping experience to the ease in ordering to the quick delivery it exceeded my expectations.

I bought the Coral bathing suit for myself. The fit was perfect, the quality of the material is wonderful. I loved mine so much that I bought my daughter the same suit except in white and she loves it too!

So far everything is great, I have ordered two items. I received one

My overall experience with this company was excellent. The swimwear that I received was exactly what was pictured on the website, the size was perfect, the quality of the swimwear was exceptional. I will reorder from Modlily for more beautiful clothes. I do recommend this company.
