I ordered to bags and when I received them they were too small. I contacted the company and Zack sent me a reply with a bright red return button. I pressed the button and it took me nowhere. It just stayed on the same email. I contacted Zack again and he sent another email. This time I could order but it did not allow me to return the bags. They also charge an 18% restocking fee if you choose not to reorder. Either way you lose. I would recommend you do not use their services!
