Seems very similar to others stories, I ordered the Bluetooth headphones 3 weeks ago, very disappointed with both MobStub and USPS. After tracking the package for a week an half, I sent a complaint to USPS because the tracking was showing the package still at the sorting facility. USPS was supposed to notify me within 2 days. Never received notification from USPS. This has been a waste of my time and learned my lesson, next time I will check up on a site that's offering items on sell. Seemed like a good idea and their site seems legit, but the got me. All I can do now is call it a $30 loss and not be tricked so easily by the next company.

I agree with negative reviews, had I seen this site first I wouldn't have ordered from them. It has been over 15 days and I don't care how some reviewers thiink we as customers are spoiled. We shouldn't have to wait more than 10 days for our product. Mobstub takes our money right away not at time of shipping. Never ordering from them again will be reporting them. Should have ordered from Amazon it was cheaper and I would be enjoying my earphones now.

Ordered an item, my credit card got charged immediately and did not hear anything about the item for 2 weeks until I emailed customer service to receive a " oh we are sorry it was not in stock". Would not refund my card and cancel order even though it NEVER shipped. Then / now here it is the 20th and they are claiming it shipped on the 12th and will be arriving the 16th! Still waiting for the items I wanted to cancel and get a refund for! Will NEVER deal with this company again! Poor customer service, poor shipping and bad business!

When the website of mobstub spells "no return," it is a red flag for a consumer aware. They did not cheat. You did not read. Now they advertise heavily on facebook. Buyers be aware.

I ordered the braided usb cord for an iPhone 5. I received a mini usb cord for an android. It works... but not what I ordered. I also ordered (what I thought were) two LG headsets. One is missing a button that you press to answer the call and the other unit is totally different. Shopping was decent... about two weeks. Not a happy customer. I've contacted them. Awaiting a response.

I ORDERED A WIRELESS BLUETOOTH HEADSET NEVER RECEIVED IT. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM MOB STUB! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.

Received blue-tooth headset which has the same item number as a high-end retailer, but it is a cheap knockoff. Sounds like you are listening underwater. That's $28 down the drain since they do not accept returns.

If I could give this company NO STAR, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE from them! Recently, I bought a $20 set of plastic containers to store food. They looked exactly like some I had purchase from QVC. When I received them, I noticed the INFERIOR quality immediately. They were thin plastic that was basically junk... the Dollar store has better quality in packs of 4! I emailed MobStub and indicated the inferior quality and requested a refund. I was told that they had been listed as Final Sale (something I never saw/read - where was that?) and that my request would not be honored. What a terrible company this is. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
