I bought a set of queen sheets that would have a hard time stretching on a full bed. Customer service sent periodic emails about what I needed to do for a return or refund. The last straw came when they asked me to send a picture of the sheets NOT fitting my bed! Maybe I should count the number of stitches in the seams to see if they're right too? I told them I should not have to unmake my made bed to put their crappy too-small sheets on the bed, then take them off again, then remake my bed again, and then fold them all up again in the little plastic bag they came in. Chintzy sheets. I guess you get what you pay for. BUYER BEWARE! I would never recommend this company to an enemy!

Not only was the product brilliant, but the customer service was the best I've ever experienced. One of the sparkling crystals had come out of my earrings they got back to me right away and sent a replacement. I'm buying all my Christmas presents from these guys. All companies should have a Lily on their staff. Thankyou
At first I thought I was not going to like shopping with this company because of not being able to contact them by phone when I experienced a little problem. But I was wrong. The little problem I had they took care of it to my satisfaction! So I think they will continue getting my business! Nice items and good prices.

I ordered a Michael Kors bag, got a fake. The sheet sets do not fit my king bed well. The comforter was poor quality.
I purchased two headphones, only one of them worked. I emailed the contact address and was told there was an issue that they were not returnable, but, a replacement will be shipped. The replacement did not work, I emailed the address again, another replacement was sent, this one worked great.
Otherwise, I have had no bad experiences with MobStub.
I ordered the 2-pack Neoprene Winter Ski Masks and ordered a black and a blue one. I did receive them, but I ordered a black and a blue one and I received 2 black ones. Not only did they send--very quickly--the blue one that I wanted but another black one as well. The customer service rep I was dealing with was very nice and quick to respond to emails as well.
Mob Stub sells crappy clothes and no return policy
I bought sheets where the product description used the words "Egyptian" and "1600"... and if not carefully read would make one think they were getting Egyptian cotton sheets with a 1600 thread count... in stead they were poly fabric, that was both thin and cheap feeling...
Then they do not take returns... will never buy from this scam company again.
Ordered a white shirt it came and was black. I ordered a 2x and this thing won't fit a child. Policy is no returns... didn't know that when I ordered who has a no return policy? Try contacting customer service and got no response. I have sheets that I ordered with the shirt and have not received them... can't wait to see what they are.
I found these shoes on Mobstub and decided to try a pair. The first pair got lost in the mail and I wrote customer service. My customer service person, Hannah, wrote me back confirming they were indeed lost in the mail and sent another. I did get the second pair like she said and I love them! They are the Dawgs women's Z sandal and are super comfortable! If you're looking for a comfortable shoes that's also cute and priced right you should give them a try. Customer service is great also!
I ordered a set of black sheets but a set of brown sheets arrived.
I sent an email letting them know that an error was made and I wanted them to correct it. They asked that I send them a photo of the wrong sheets and they would take care of the error. Shortly after that my black sheets arrived and I am a happy camper
I ordered an inspirational bracelet and had it shipped to my daughter in another state. She never did receive the bracelet. Maybe it was put in the incorrect mail box or one of her roommates had sticky fingers - who am I to speculate. Bottom line is that mobstub sent a replacement free of charge! First time I ordered from mobstub - definitely NOT the last! Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 blouses from them. The picture they posted of the blouse was beautiful. What I received was completely sub-standard. It was poor quality - sleeves weren't even sewn correctly, it was a size XL but too small for me to wear (and I normally wear a size 8 / medium but website said to order 2 sized up), and it did not even look like the blouse they advertised. I would be embarrassed to wear this in public if it fit. They refused to let me return the blouses because what I bought was a "close out" deal. I completely understand close out deals, but this was simply fraudulent advertising.
I ordered a bracelet and it broke literally 5 minutes after I put it on.
I order from this site regularly and I just love it! I have some of the nicest jewelry from them and I get so many compliments on my pieces. Even when I had a piece that was defective, they took great care of me.
I ordered an elect. Mini carving/ drill kit. When I got it and tried it, it did not work. I sent an email and was taken care of very quickly.
