Where do I start. Went on the Mobileunlocks website because a phone I was given I couldn't use my sim for some reason. I was charged £11.99 for an Eligibility check. It stated that the phone was locked to Vodafone UK. Later on I found out that this wasn't the case. Mobileunlocks then asked for a further payment of £48 for unlocking the phone. After various messages and emails I finally got certain codes that never worked. Again I sent messages with no response. Frustrated, I went to Armafone who within seconds said the phone was not locked to Vodafone and I should contact Mobileunlocks for a full refund because of false information. I contacted them and to this day have not had a response and would like to know the next steps to get my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY,ITS A SCAM

So the site was easy to use. Fast emails to let you know the progress. Clear instructions. Will use app again.
One slight thing that I think could be done is it did have an extra hidden cost. We were told it was 11.99 then you had to pay a further 26.00. But definitely worth it.

Tried to unlock my 14 plus and worked immediately. My phone was showing sim lock and after this service immediately said no sim restrictions
