I used this service to unlock an iPhone 11 It was locked to EE network so i needed to be unlocked to any network. Very easy to use and quite fast despite giving me an hour estimated time it was actually done in about 20 min. Highly recommend it Thanks

I used this service to unlock an iPhone 6 that i owned for very long time.

Had major issues with my phone so tried to use an older phone but it was locked into EE
Found this service on line. Took alittle while but it was very straight forward
Entered the new unlock code that was sent and unlicked my old phone.
Once I sort my new phone again, I will have two phones so should not be in this predicament again. THANK YOU

My partners phone had broke and we found an old huawei which hadn't been used/turned on for a few years which was his mothers. We had the idea of using this whilst his phone was being repaired however when the sim was put in it was locked, so we contacted Mobile Unlocks to get the phone unlocked.

Sadly as per our Order Summary page (see below) and Terms and Conditions (Section 7) we cannot refund handsets that turn out to be blacklisted.

Overall, excellent really. Website laid it out very simply and the process was just the same.
Four stars though because I did not realise, nor did I read anywhere, that once the eligibility check is complete, you then have to spend further money (for me, over twice the eligibility cost) for the actual unlock. This is NOT shown or explained (that I saw anyway), and by this time, you've basically got no choice but to continue. I did not like this lack of transparency.
