I was trilled by the service offer on the site. Almost incredible about the rapiditi offered and the painless procedure.
But as promised, it took the time needed, even less than tha 4-5 days espected in the begining.
The counter was still close to tye zero, when - BAMM! - I got he answer to my question - code was posted by email, and when I've put another SIM card, different to the one, where my asirCard was locked, I din't get any wrong message at the beggining.
I know, somebody could say that it is not free or something close, but it was a good trip and I am Happy with the service provided!

It did work but took way longer than I was expecting. My best advice is to READ what you are paying. I thought the process was $15 but then after that they needed another $50 to actually complete it. I also didn't know it was going to take at least 4 days (ended up being like 5/6) which is unfortunate because I could've just went to my carrier. But it got the job done I suppose

Unfortunately neither the speed of service nor the functionality was not up to scratch, shortly speaking it just didn't unlock the phone.
Customer service did not bother to explain why the process is supposed to take over 10 days, also I find the double level charging a tricky way to trap customers into paying higher fee than they expected.

Regarding the unlock for your Samsung Note 8 from Vodafone Hungary, I see that your order status is "Unlock Complete," and your unlock codes are "NCK: 39638427 MCK: 15364092." If your phone doesn't ask for an unlocking code when a non-Vodafone SIM card is inserted, it may require a Remote USB Unlock, which does come with an additional fee.
Regarding the process and double level charging, as mentioned in our terms and conditions:
"1.1 The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point payment has been received from a customer... There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase."
This means that all costs are outlined before proceeding with the purchase, ensuring transparency.
Please try inserting the provided unlock codes again. If your phone still doesn't prompt for a code, a Remote USB Unlock might be necessary. We want to ensure that your phone is successfully unlocked, so please continue the process for the best outcome.
