Tried twice to unlock my phone and took days not good service
It was quick and easy although I didn't know there was a completion fee after the check fee which wasn't clear so was £11.99 then a further £26 which I thought was a bit steep.

If your phone doesn't prompt you for the unlocking code upon inserting the new SIM card, then a Remote USB Unlock might be required, as indicated in your order status.

Needed an unlock code for Samsung device locked to EE. After a few hours it seemed an issue with getting code from EE but had updated comms over the next few days and finally code was provided by Samsung. Would use again and recommend.

We lost a phone and needed to get an old pay as you go phone up and running quickly. We needed to use it on network 3 but it was locked to ee. A quick Google and we came across this Company. It looked authentic and honest so we gave it a go.
It was a quickish and successful procedure. Stage one of the unlock took around 3 minutes as it did its checks to make sure the phone was not blocked/blacklisted. It also checks to make sure there is no finance owing on the phone and to make sure the old contract sim was also cleared.
Stage 2 meant that it unlocked the imei number on the phone to become unlocked. It informed us that it would take an estimated time of 1 hour. It took just short of 40 minutes. So that was great. We then was sent the final number to unlock the network. It worked straight away and the phone was up and running as unlocked.
A great service and well worth using. I'd recommend it to anyone now. The explanation of each step was so simply explained you could not so it wrongly. So if you are stuck and need a great service that works quickly this is the company to use. We were not disappointed and you won't be either.

I think I was ripped off for a start. You're talking about the wrong phone. The phone I needed unlocked was a Samsung not the Sim card but the phone itself. I would be pleased if you would cancel my subscription and return what I have paid you start off by saying, £10 £25 end up in £50 or more please return the money I have paid thank you

Being aged 78yrs and 81 yrs we were stuck with a problem beyond our capabilities (we thought).
However, we managed to solve the problem of a locked phone via the excellent step by step instructions via Mobile unlocks, resulting in full usage of one of our old phones saving us the cost of a new one.
