So like many of us I had an old mobile lying about that was locked to a network. I really needed a second phone and rather than buy a new one I thought why not unlock my spare one?
I set about with a Google search and found mobileunlocks, searched reviews and all seemed good. At 1st I was a bit sceptical because it all seemed to easy to navigate the site and pay. But wow, glad I did, my mobile was unlocked within about 10 mins. So now I have that spare phone at a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. Very hapoy

After paying the initial fee it then asks for more money which is a joke and should be stated before any of this and it took over 3 days for this to get sorted where I would of gone to a local shop and got it done quicker

The process didn't mention an additional payment of of 50 + usd to complete and took way longer than it said it would it said 24hrs I waited a week

Very easy to use and fast results. Just think that charges should be more explicit. First there was a initial price what make me think it was the only one butcthen it was just for a research iand then another one for codes. Anyway think it's a good value depending on the value of mobile.

It toke me about 7 days to unlock it but it was worth it, I'm so happy that the sim carrier was unlock so I could join into a different cellular plan, recommend 100%

This is not a credible company that moves with integrity and their service is not fast! They advertise that they will unlock your phone for $28.99 but that's only the first payment. Immediately following, they asked me to pay an additional $50. I became skeptical so I asked to stop the process and refund my payment. At this point, a definite answer on whether or not my phone could even be unlocked had not been obtained. It was still at 0% with its processing. The AI then told me the $28.99 was not refundable but if I wanted a refund for the $50, she would walk me through "initiating the process". I confirmed that's what I wanted multiple times and she just keep asking me to reconsider. We went back and forth for hours. In the meantime, the results came back in which they would need an additional funds(never said an amount) and an additional $900 to unlock the phone because I was in contract. I'm in no contract. This is a prepaid device and service. At that point, since the results were produced, she stated that a refund was no longer attainable even though I asked for the refund before the results MULTIPLE TIMES. Now communication has completely stopped and I have not received a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM!

I wanted to unlock my flip phone that I had from before 2010. MobileUnlocks was so much better to deal with than Rogers the original provider (which is how I ended up with 2 identical phones they were so difficult to deal with I bought a second phone and let this one sit). It took a little longer because the phone was so old but they kept me informed all the way along.
