This popped up in a featured ad in a Google search. It wasn't clear to me that the initial charge billed to my card was only to "see if my phone could be unlocked." The additional charge to do the actual unlocking was a surprise. I realize now the "fine print" disclosed that, if I had taken the time to read it... That said, I received the code promptly via email, had my phone unlocked within 24 hours and all is well today.

I was expecting a scam. To my surprise, everything worked perfectly. First, you pay for a check to verify they can unlock your phone; later, if your phone passes that check, you pay for it to be unlocked. It worked beautifully, very quickly and had zero hustle!

Phone is now unlocked so this service works. Did not take very long at all. If you read the small print you get charged twice.First charge is £11.99 for a search fee. Second charge £26 is for the unlock code. So not a very cheap service. £38 altogether. If you fill in this review you get £10 back, so a total charge of £27.99. Be prepared.

I was dubious about the unlocking process having heard tales of it potentially being expensive, complex, long-winded and time consuming. However despite it costly a little more than initially expected (due to hubby not reading the small print!) the process itself took just over 2 days with the ability to monitor progress. The changeover itself was relatively simple once we reread instructions and the unlock code worked immediately.
