All the way through the process was easy to follow and straight forward. At first i was concerned that the process stopped and said they were contacting the phone provider, as it was late evening it took longwr than expected, got an email explaining everything.
Couple days later its all unlocked and i didnt have to speak to anyone! 10/10

It was very good service, they tried hard eventually they did my network unlock for any sim, now I'm using it is running very well.

Was a little sceptical at first but, having read reviews from other customers gave me reassurance. I was surprised how long it took though.

I was more than satisfied with the service from MobileUnlocks, the website was very easy to use, the pricing was very fair and I was kept updated throughout the whole procedure, within two days my unlock codes were emailed to me and my phone is up and running again. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again.

I wish I'd looked at reviews on Trust Pilot first so I knew what I was getting in to. It took 7 days to get the unlock codes but it did work. It cost me €67.49. I was quite worried I'd been scammed. Some people have paid hundreds. Like most have experienced, the pricing tier is an unpleasant and annoying surprise. It's intentionally hidden; it's not on the FAQ's section and there is nowhere on the landing page that mentions any pricing. It's quite a tactical and dishonest way of getting people to spend money they perhaps wouldn't have - if they had known the upfront cost could be hundreds of euros rather than what is initially suggested as under 20 euros. There are tiers; 1. First you pay to check the "eligibility" of being able to unlock the phone. It isn't clear that you are ONLY paying for a check, rather than getting the codes. It's hidden in small writing at the bottom of the page. My cost was €13.49
2.Once they confirm your phone is eligible - then you are required to pay again, and quite an increase in cost - for them to TRY to get the unlock codes. My cost was €54. 00. 3. There is then a third cost which thankfully I didn't need to pay - I would have been furious. It can end up costing more than a new phone. If the first way of TRYING to get the unlock codes doesn't work, they charge excessive amounts - check the trust pilot reviews.

You pay some money up front to get your phone checked - you give some info about the phone you want unlocked (serial number etc). The phone is then checked out remotely by the unlocking service to ensure the phone is not in contract or been blacklisted (i. E., not stolen). Once the phone is cleared, you pay the rest of the fee and you soon receive the unlock codes for your phone with instructions of what to do with them. You then unlock the phone. Simple.
