ON FRIDAY ONLY IT TAKES A WEEK FOR THEM TO ARRIVE AT THIS STORE IN THE CAROLINETHEN THEY SHIP TO YOU 7 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS A VERY LONG WAIT FOR THREE STEPS! AT 299.00 WITH 120.00 SHIPPING PLUS TAX WILL AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE FLU!

Received the order quickly and all is well... products delivered as described... and I think this is a fine company to do business with!

Items appeared to be damaged/used. The packaging was not damaged Could not return the item because the damage was not reported within 10 days of receiving. Maybe they could inspect the products before they ship them and not count on the customer to be their quality control

Part arrived very quickly, fast shipping. Item was protected well with great packaging. Had exactly what i needed. Search engine easy to use and accurate.

They had to ship my skirting 2000 miles and I paid over 200 for shipping, but it was still cheaper than buying locally. All in all it was a good experience.

I was excited to learn of this website as I have been having a very difficult time trying to find the parts I needed locally. I ordered the parts and they arrived as promised. I will definitely shop with them again if I need a specific product/part.

What I needed for my 25 year old replacement I couldn't have asked for anything better. Other sites dont have older mobile home replacement parts but this place does.

I received the part I ordered and discovered that it is not long enough. Pursuant to the return policy, I will only be reimbursed for the cost of the part, not any shipping costs, which were approximately the same as the part. I would also be responsible for paying return shipping costs. So, I'm stuck with a part i dont need.

Everything is good. I'm not sure if the lock is broke. The part that goes inside of the trailer to lock the door just spins around
