Customer service was not helpful at all... they gave very vague answers to my questions, basically just said anything to try to keep me happy, but still did not answer my questions and then before I was finished asking questions they disconnected from me. The company is very quick to take your money, but will take forever to ship your product that you ordered. If you are needing your item in a reasonable amount of time. Shop locally. I will not ever be using this company again... very poor service... follow up... I tried getting in touch with customer service again. When you attempt to get a hold of them you have to do it on line. You have to enter your question before they answer you, I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, they would not reply to me. So now I am stuck with this company and will have to wait months for my order.

The fans were received quickly following order and were of the quality that I would expect. The only negative that i would have to mention is that there were no installation instructions with them. I know how to install, but if a homeowner was trying to do this install they might struggle without an installation guide.
I received the chrome door knobs in a timely manner and installed them pretty easily they appear to be well made as well not light and flimsy like most mobile home products ive come across..

Fast delivery came in 2 to 3 days happy with my product it was exactly what i had purchased i would buy from this website again.
Ordered on a Sunday, received it on Wednesday. Haven't installed the fan yet but, on inspection it is exactly what I needed. The install will be in a couple days. We'll know more then. If there are any problems a post will follow.

The sink was a very good value. It was easy to install fit like a glove. Took place of original sink in my home. Looks great hope it will last as long as original which was 41 years. Thank You for your help.
