This is my 1st order from the company. I ordered a faucet, 2 sinks, and 20 hinges. The next day I got an email saying my sinks and hinges were on backorder and wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. I was highly disapppinted. They did give me a partial refund as requested for the items on backorder and the faucet arrived in a timely manner a few days later.

I got the parts I needed at a good price and the delivery was very prompt. I think I got the parts in under 1 week from when I placed my order, which I thought was pretty impressive.

JUST as described, there were actually 2 packs of 2 each totaling 4 pcs! I was expecting only 2 each total! Fast Shipping! I'll be back!

I have been needing the mesh a/c filters, but it was like looking for the non-existent. My home is 20 years old. It is impossible to find home owner replacement parts at home improvement stores. I'm very pleased.
