Item never arrived and yet to receive my
Refund (1month later)and they said it would be a partial refund (-£125) because it has left depot🤯

Company took our money over two months ago told a delivery time frame which we did not get. We have been asking for over a month for our money back they are still refusing this by not answering the question.so we have no delivery date no money and they usually ignore emails. Would advise people never to go near this company. Starting to think its a scam

Absolutely poor service, avoid at all cost, they deducted £50 because the product had been 'dispatched', im not convinced this is a legitimate company, even if it is, the service is appalling and they are RIP off don't get conned by there terms and conditions.

They claim to offer 30 days no quibble money back guarantee, but when needed th at ask you to send emails to non existent email address and then claim they haven't received your request. Will not answer the phone and to return an item they will charge you a minimum of 150 GBP. They claim they have a sales department and after sales etc which is busy, but there's only one person at the end of the line -a one man company. They don't answer the phone are hard to get and rude. They are ripp off and frauds. Have reported them to the trading standards, citizens advice and anti fraud. Will take court auction against their company

My partner and I ordered the suite corner sofa from MN FURNITURES recently, I had seen terrible reviews on google but then saw some good reviews so thought we would chance it due to the advertised fast delivery and we needed a sofa quickly. It was the worst mistake we made. Our sofa eventually arrived 29 days later after we have spent nearly £20 on phone calls to the company as they were not communicating with us, and every time we rang they apologised and said there are further delays. They offered us a £30 compensation after many conversations and complaints made to them, which we haven't received yet. This Saturday, our sofa finally arrived via courier. The sofa is hideous! Nothing like the pictures. The filling is so poor and uneven, each cushion is filled to a different height and it is visibly lumpy and bumpy. I opened the cushion covers to have a look inside as to why it was lumpy and noticed one of the inside cushions is damaged and the filling is spilling out. The filling is such poor quality when we sit on it we can feel the base of the sofa, which is stapled together. The cushions don't stay on the base and always slide off, and the material creases when you sit on it. I have asked for a full refund and sent them pictures, to which we got a reply saying it wasn't damaged it just needs sewing together again which they could organise, and if we wanted to send it back we would have to get it packaged again and pay £150 to return it! It's unbelievably bad service and bad quality, and to say it isn't damaged and this is their standard of sofa is shameful. NEVER BUY FROM HERE! And believe the reviews.

Unfortunately I ordered a wardrobe from them. They arrived ahead of scheduled time frame, by three days, so I wasn't in for the delivery. Delivery driver told me to contact the seller to rearrange. I called them, which took ages to get through as they seem to turn the line on and off, to be told that it wasn't possible to schedule a delivery. When I said cancel then as I can't sit at home for a week waiting around, they then said okay, we will let the driver know you can only do evenings and weekends! I was feeling slightly more optimistic! Then, today, at lunch, I had a text message saying it would be delivered in an hour's time! Again, I wouldn't be at home for this and wasn't able to get back in that time frame, so I replied to the delivery driver and told him not to come as it would be pointless him wasting more time driving to me! Frustrated, I called the seller to ask why this was the case as we had agreed evenings and weekends, to which they told me that wasn't agreed?! Constantly spoke over me, then said I'd agreed Thursday. I can categorically say that was not the case, why would I agree when I know it's not possible without prior arrangements! I was still waiting to know what evening it was coming, as I still only had a window of a few days! I also said even if it was Thursday and an evening it would have been fine! But the manner at which he was speaking to me and the stress levels it gave me, I decided to ask for the item to be returned to them! I was then told I would need to pay £100 for delivery costs! I said I wouldn't, as Monday they delivered early without no notificaton and then today they failed to keep to their agreement, albeit a verbal one. He then said fine, we will deliver Saturday is that okay, to which again I just asked for a refund as I can't trust them to keep to that agreement as they didn't pass the information on to the courier service last time. They continued to threaten the £100 fee for delivery. I will continuously argue that! Also important to note that the company they use to deliver have failed to respond to any of my messages, and ever since placing the order, the tracking system doesn't seem to work! So yes, extremely poor communication and appawling customer service! Wouldn't recommend unless you are able to sit in doors all day everyday for a week!

I was asked to write a review for this company.
I placed an order (cash on delivery) the next day I receive a phone call from a mobile number asking me to ring back regarding my order so I did the man that answered asked for money to be sent to a bank account so they can dispatch my order. He text me the bank details, he didn't say what the money was for he didn't offer a receipt and it sounded like a personal mobile phone he called from. Thankfully I used my common sense and looked the company up on trust pilot and realised that this had happened to a lot of people, and the goods they received wasn't up to standards or they received the wrong item etc. This company doesn't sound legit to me so I never went ahead with the order
I would recommend anyone to do their research on this company before buying from them, to save yourself money and hassle.
