Well they tried to scam me too. Said they had ff14 in stock so i paid via credit card they took the money then said there was payment issues. Said i needed to verify with photo id of my passport i said no chance. They said by phone then but that was automated and more importantly DID NOT WORK tried it 3 times. Then tried via emails and live chat but still got given the run around. I asked for a refund and they acted like it wasn't possible at the moment. I said this

And the number for the cyber crimes department in hong kong and got told they would refund right now and to check my bank account again tomorrow. If its not there i'll get back in touch.

Ok to start with this is a genuine review! My son needed to purchase fifa ultimate team coins due to the new fifa13 rules of only having 5 teams (I think) to enable him to get started again, I purchased 400,000 coins from mmoga and he put a bronze player up for auction but put it up for 200k by mistake, I went on live support and spoke to them, they explained very clearly what to do, they were very patient and replied as soon as needed, and his coins were changed immediately with no problems at all, why so many people are slating them I dont know, was I just lucky, I dont know but I cannot fault them.

I would not recommend this site, i bought fut coins and didn't receive it after 24 hrs. After I contacted the live support, they said i need verify my payments, as you can see in the link i provided below-

I am pretty sure they are trying to scam me so i refused to do it. I asked for refund and they said it is gonna take 60 days to process. In the end though, they gave me the refund right away after i said i will wait 60 days. I suggest not to buy from this site if you don't want to waste your time.

I have purchased simcity 5 cd-key from them. 5 hours later after sending them all the proof asked for i felt scammed. Numerous attemp on their live chat ended wit out any respons.

This is what i did:

Installed tor browser.
Went on google and googled their website.
Pretended i was a german interested in buying wow gold.
They responded to my chat request in 15 seconds.

There i ranted and threatened them with complaint to moneybookers.

5 minutes later my cd-key was in my mail inbox.

I would not recomend this website even to my worst enemies.

I may gave gotten lucky, but I did receive F1 2012. After I did not get the game in 5-10min, I contacted them via chat. They then asked if it was ok to call to verify the account. They called and only asked the email address used for my paypal. After that she hung up and about a minute later I had my key in a pdf that I activated through Steam. I had to do a little work, but I saved some money. I would buy from them again. Your service was good (V)(',,,')(V) And you should feel good!

I placed an order for 200 gold for GW2. They delivered 9 gold and ''completed'' my order. They now changed their prices for the gold. You see, I underpaid for what they now charge. I paid around 30$ for my 200 gold and now they charge well over 1000$. Of course they do not want to give it to me. However, it's not my problem. I paid 30$ for 200 gold as it was advertized. I did not pay 30$ for 9 gold.

Oh also, if they suspect that you want to $#*! about an incomplete order, they don't allow you to talk to the live customer support. They send you directly to the mail in form.

I ordered what the had listed as a collectors edition item for full retail price. What I got instead was a sloppy email with a regular edition code, thats thrice the amount of money paid for just a game code. When I contacted them about this they asked for evidence, I supplied screenshots and everything at which point they stopped responding. Do not endorse or use this website, they literally gave me something different from what I paid for, and of much lesser value. Disgraceful and they should be sued.

Site says it will deliver CD-keys within 5-10 mins, that is a complete lie, please please please don't fall for this. The ridiculously low price should have been ample warning but I was too stubborn to believe it. When you submit your payment it will subsequently (AFTER PAYMENT) ask for a LANDLINE telephone number to call you on (what is this 1999?) Not only do I not have a LANDLINE but I don't anyone besides businesses who still have those... What happens if you don't have a landline? Well to them its "too f*****ng bad" don't expect any help at all with this, being located in BFE their support hours are between "Never" and "Not-going-to-happen O'clock." So in conclusion AFTER paying and submitting all of my personal Info + Paypal info my CD-key was never sent and the money never refunded. Had to open a dispute which I'm sure they will fight. I am opening a BBB claim right away though. BEWARE!

I made a purchase on their website of an item which promised instant delivery.

I have still not received the item and have tried mailing them about it.

In my first mail I told them to deliver as promised or refund me. They answered this mail instantly, but not with anything useful that could get me my ordered item or the money back

I send a second e-mail, telling them AGAIN to deliver as promised (allthough the promised instant delivery now is far too late) OR refund my money. They have ignored this e-mail now even though I have sent it three times...

I have also opened a paypal dispute, which they haven't responded to.

My advice... DON'T TRUST THEM. There are better, more honest and more reliable services out there that offer the same AND you don't risk losing your money like I am right now.
