I completed four or five transactions with this company, during which I purchased some amulets. Initially, everything was okay, with no problems. Still, when I bought runes, the transaction went terribly. Horribly. I had to fight hard to get everything I paid for. A player named Sily Qiang or something similar was dropping the runes. The first time this guy dropped half of what he was supposed to give me, I had to spend 2 hours completing this transaction, and I also had to wait for him for 30 minutes or more for him to initiate the transaction. Very unprofessional. In the second transaction, they gave me almost everything, with a little bit of runes missing. It was supposed to be 110 million, and the guy dropped 104.5 million. Now, you would say it's only a 6.5 million difference. Yes. Still, you paid for it, and why would you do that? I was twitching live that day. I wrote an email to customer service about these and also asked them how I can prove one way or the other. Nobody answered back to me. I would not recommend this company. Be careful, and if anything happens, Stream It live and record it. Ensure you can access your recorded video from the live stream.

Account banned and told it's my problem. Shocking customer service to be honest. Alex the manager will blame you and EA will ban your account.

I purchased coins from this company for Fifa 23, I used it quite a few times and spent thousands with them. My team was at its best with all the highest rated players possible. After my last purchase they hacked my account and removed all the players and took their coins back. When I contacted them about the hack they said I should've changed my password quicker and they were unwilling to do anything to help as its not their problem... Do NOT go near this website, They steal your information and have it all on file... Its disgusting
