I love the mist in my back yard. Keeping cool on hot days/ and waters my plants.
Works great, fast shipping.
Very weak on service. Never received a call back when several messages left. Nozzles drip, have a huge area behind pool that is NOT mist protected. Will service system when conveniently in area. Expensive for Mistcool to service unit.

Complete rookie with this stuff, but the guy on the phone led me thru it. I did it on my own at first, ordered the wrong size, and he figured out what I needed and made the return/exchange/reorder process a lot easier than I expected. All is well!

Using it for smoker smoke reduction. The units work as expected. Took a bit to figure out the best configuration but all is good now.
Misting nozzles are too fine and doesn't put out enough for 3' distance. Had to move closer together. In addition, did not receive product when I asked if I would have by specified time

Fast ship! Only complaint is the price of the o rings.
They are charging 50 cents each for extremely tiny rubber o-rings.
If you think something should be 5 cents but the price is 50 cents you still buy it if you need it.
Its still cheap but I feel like I am getting taken advantage of.
I left 4 stars because its still a small amount to pay.

Great product for the price
The original system i bought had a default within one year. When I tried to replace the part and add some additional pieces to expand it, mist cooling overcharged me on the shipping and sent me the wrong parts. They refused to send replacements without charging me again, though they would offer me a refund on the second order when they got their parts back. This also was going to cost me ove 140$ in duty charges which they refused to reimburse. I placed the order on a call, and had the sales person double check that they had the right parts and sizes.
Also what they shipped was missing pieces that we had ordered.
A terrible experience and I am making a complaint to the better business bureau
