We bought a Patio Mister to use in our pergola in South Florida. No matter what adjustments we made to decrease the water pressure and adjust the location of the misters, which were suggested by the on-line chat person, both our persons and our furniture were soaked. We have returned the system for a refund but our understanding is that we may possibly not get a refund as we tried the system and also there is a 25% re-stocking fee. Think that Mist Cooling could have been more helpful or understanding about our situation. The product did not do what was expected.
Making changes to order requires everything to be re-entered. Annoying. Prices reasonable. Don't bother with the online chat because you have to go through it all again with another person. Came fast but I paid for that.
Good product idea
Easy to use system
It is a great product at a reasonable price and shipping was fast. The kids love the sprinkler. I look forward to this keeping my pool cooler! I was a little disappointed that the pool removal wrench was not included as it was shown in the picture. I had to buy a separate strap wrench to remove the pool fitting and it was not easy.
