Got 5 boxes so far and I love each of them, must-have for every bride! Most of all I like robe and slippers!

I provided my address and they sent it to the wrong address. When I followed up, they said I would have to pay $13 and they would reship it. I confirmed my address again, both through email and their website. They still shipped it to the wrong address. Now it's ready to be picked up at a USPS office four states away. I feel like this is just a scam and I'm never getting my box.

Ms to Mrs is an absolutely amazing company! I ordered the matching Bride and Groom sweatshirts but made a mistake with the sizing. This company's customer service team was on it immediately and did an amazing job of keeping me up to date as my issue got resolved. 10/10 would order from this company again in a heartbeat. The sweatshirts were amazing quality as well!

So excited about my Miss to Mrs box! It really helped bring me back to the excited feeling from.being overwhelmed about wedding planning! Hard to choose a favorite item, I love the planner, the travel mug, and the wedding countdown sign so much! Also wear my shirt probably too much lol.

Every item in the box is fantastic! This subscription is by far the best choice I have made. I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my next one!

I love my Miss to Mrs box! It helps with planning each step of the wedding at the right time, and I can save boxes for events like my bachelorette or bridal shower. The items in each box are so fun and are a little reminder of what's to come!

Love receiving these boxes each month and so many useful things inside. It's really a lovely way to keep your excitement going each month when your boxes arrive and a great way to receive items you many not have thought of but are just perfect.

I love a good subscription box, so I was really excited to try this one out when I got engaged! However, after a couple of boxes full of cheap tchotchkes that will honestly just sit in a box I storage somewhere, the excitement kind of fizzled out. The final straw for me was the absolutely horrendous customer service experience. I had a box that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and was told that it was my own fault and was offered another box (but only if I paid for it). I decided at that point to go ahead and cancel since the box was barely worth the cost the first time, and definitely isn't worth it if I have to pay for it twice. They sent a cancellation link that didn't work, took days to respond to each email, and the same customer service rep asked me the same questions each time they emailed me. Save your money and treat yourself to a manicure every month of your engagement instead - it will be a much better investment!

I subscribed to Miss to Mrs box on the same day when I got engaged and was never disappointed with my decision. I adore the great quality of all the stuff in the boxes. So many things to help celebrate engagement and make the planning process so relaxed.
