I ordered XL shirts and they were barely big enough to fit a child. I was told that this way my mistake and that they would not pay for shipping on the return, but that the cost of the return shipping would likely be more than the order was worth, so I should just keep them. They offered me 20% off my next order and when I refused that they offered to refund 20% of this order. We'll see if they follow through, but I doubt it. STAY AWAY! Do not learn the hard lesson the way I did.

They sent a bad product and The customer service is said you can send it back to china, but this is more expensive than the product, 20% off is good for you?

Do not waste your money!

I order 3 parts, one a broken and the 2 order are the wrong size. He try to give my discour of 20 %. He actually told me i will need to pay the shipping for the broken product and the order mistake. Ridiculous!
Ans he told me he will refund only when the order will received in china and he told me lot of package are lost. So, it really clear he don't want give any refund.

Made a big mistake and ordered 2 sweatshirts from Mildstyles. The sweatshirts were made from cheap polyester material and much smaller than the size I ordered. Seeing how the business is a Chinese scam company, they refused any return or refund. At one point they promised a 20% refund and then ultimately refused the refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MILDSTYLES - IT"S A CHINESE SCAM!

I ordered several t shirt's from them. None of them fit properly, not one. I ordered XXL and I bet I received large shirts. I asked for a return but they offered a 25% refund instead. We went back and forth via email. They mentioned the product would need to be returned to China before the refund could be issued but they frequently do not receive returns and therefore I would not receive my refund nor would I have the merchandise. Terrible company. They finally offered a 55% refund, but I declined. Why would I want to pay any amount for product I cannot use. They even said, why don't I gift the shirts to someone more "fit". As far as I'm concerned they committed fraud. The pic I uploaded is a picture of one of their XXL shirts overlaid one my real XXL shirts.
