Tech #6243 Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable with respect to our plumbing issues, explained clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it, honest and very friendly it did not feel like a stranger was in our home. I live and care for my elderly parents and I am very cautious of who comes in our home and i was completely comfortable and felt safe. Anthony wore his protective mask the whole time which i really appreciated. Thank You for excellent service. Should the need ever arise to need a plumber I would like to have Anthony respond to our call.

After discovering a hugely blocked kitchen sink, trying everything I could to clear it, I called Mike Diamond and a wonderful technician, Leo Ochoa, was at my door a few hours later. He was prompt, very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what had to be done, his estimate was thorough, he had all the equipment needed to clear a very corroded pipe and install a new garbage disposal, and other repairs, and all work was completed in a few hours. Leo will be our go-to plumbing tech in the future. We would rate him and his work EXCELLENT and we will recommend him and Mike Diamond home services to friends. All in all, Leo "made our day" and I now consider him a new friend! Many thanks.

Unknow to Mike Diamond technicians, I had another company to come out and investigate a clogged pipe problem. The company wanted $10,000+ and was going to put a hole through a bedroom closet and cabinet in the kitchen in order to fix the problem. They used a line to go through the pipes(in the bathroom) and water as well. We decided to try another company(Mike Diamond) in which we had used in the past. We were please with the technicians, the price they quoted and the work that was done. The field manager did a fantastic job of walking us through the procedure, making sure there was a limited amount of structural damaged done. We was further impressed with the use of the camera and how it pinpointed the area where the pipe was to be cut. All of the technicians were professional, knowledgeable and nice. We totally recommend them for any plumbing issues. My regret is for causing a misunderstanding that you guys had no control of. Please accept my apologies. Cesar Camacho inspected our floor heater and came up from under the house with pictures. He explained all of the problems with the heater and the remedies. We thought the price was a little steep and, normally, we would get at least two more estimates. However, Cesar was so thorough in his evaluation of the floor heater that we decided to have the work done by Mike Diamond. But, only if Cesar was going to do the work himself. He did the work and took more pictures of the finished product. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

We had a Moen bathroom faucet we wanted to be installed.
Two plumbers from Mike Diamond showed up and looked under our bathroom sink then went out to their truck for 15 minutes to write the estimate. The estimate was for $1,175.33 to install the faucet. We paid the $76.41 Service fee and sent them on their way.
The next day, we had a licensed plumber come to install the faucet and he charged us $100.00.
We will let our community, Men's Club, Women's Club, Garden Club, etc. know of these outrageous charges especially for seniors.

The technician who came in was very professional, well trained and helpful. They diagnosed the issues quickly. I was absolutely blown away with how expensive they were. $76 just to come to my home which I understand is typical of these types of service calls. The guts of my toilet needed to be replaced. The float and the mechanism that refills the toilet bowl. They wanted $550 to replace the guts! I can buy those parts at Lowes for $15. I can buy a brand new high end toilet (with the guts included) for $350!
I refused that job. They did replace the water shutoff valve from the wall to the toilet. Again that is a $20 part. They charged me $285 to replace it. On top of it all they charge a $20 fee to every customer for "their insurance costs"? I have never seen nor heard of that in the past. Overall my experience was poor and I would not use them again nor would I recommend Mike Diamond to anyone. I just paid $405 for them to come and replace a part in my home that took no more than 30 minutes to complete and the part cost $20! I needed that part done so I had them do it but I felt like I was taken advantage of.

The two Plumbers were on time and listened to us explain our problems. They asked permission to pull their truck into the yard and then asked permission to come into the house. They were appropriately fitted with face masks and they made sure their shoes were clean. They came up with options to resolve the issues and discussed each one with us with a rough order of magnitude costs. We made the decision on which services to execute and they successfully completed the tasks. We would not hesitate to use Mike Diamond again. They are our go-to plumbers from now on.

Fabulous service... all within an hour of my initial call. Quick fix, Bathtub drain backed up this morning after my husband and I attempted to clean out the slow kitchen sink two days prior... The 'guys' had a more powerful snake unit that was able to punch through... as they say... a hairball clog... Seemed to do the trick, 30 mins later and we were back in action... True as they say $99 service call and we opted for a 90 day guarantee for an additional $25. Thank you

Called and spoke on Sunday with a very pleasant young woman who listened then set up a convenient service appointment. I requested Ulysses, as he had worked for us a couple times before. Ulysses arrived on time, clean, sharp, smiling, and ready to get to work on our problem: a bathroom sink drain pipe had broken off inside the wall! He first prepared a detailed analysis of the problem, followed by his estimate. We felt is was quite fair, and Ulysses got to work immediately, sawing thru the outside wall (he didn't have to tear out any interior walls) and replacing the old (our home is 93 years old) rotten and rusted iron pipe with new plastic. He also recommended replacing a section of pipe underneath the house, which he did at extra cost. He completed the job in 3 hours, or so, all by himself, much to my amazement. Ulysses is The Man, as far as plumbers go with us-- professional, competent, and always pleasant and available to talk about the job and our home's future needs. I was prepared for a major disaster, but he makes his work look easy-- the trademark of a true pro! THANKS, ULYSSES! We'll see you again soon.

WE HAD A REALLY BAD BATHTUB CLOG. THE PLUMBER CALLED TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE ON THE WAY WHICH WAS NICE BECAUSE I HAD TO LOCK UP MY "ATTACK" PUGS. ONCE THEY WERE HERE, THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK ON FIXING THE CLOG. THE PLUMBERS (DANIEL LUNA AND HELPER) WERE VERY NICE, AND SUPER PROFESSIONAL. YES, THEY SMELLED GOOD AND NO CRACK. THE CLOG WAS FIXED IN AN HOUR OR SO. WE ARE SO GLAD WE CALLED MIKE DIAMOND. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
