I called this company and they are not picking up after 50 rings and it is Saturday during day time. This company has no customer service.

Every good experience I've ever had with Mike Diamond has been thrown out the window thanks to their service technician Brian. We called because of a leak in the faucet. Brian talked us into replacing the garbage disposal for nearly $900. I had immediate reservations and told him not to do it, but he got all "aw-shucks" with me and I agreed. A day later and the leak (which he never was able to diagnose) is back. Since Mike Diamond also installed the original faucet, I called to ask if they could come out to install a new faucet (which I would buy) at no additional cost, since 1) I had just spent $900; and 2) the problem he was supposed to fix was back. A manager told me I had to talk directly to Brian. Brian told me he couldn't do this, because we had decided to install the garbage disposal and not fix the leak — which he had said must not have been serious since he couldn't replicate it. He said he'd have to charge me DOUBLE what Mike Diamond charged me last year to replace a faucet. While all of my previous experiences with Mike Diamond have been great, the company now feels sneaky, underhanded, unethical, and unwilling to stand by their work. Over the years I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Mike Diamond. No more. I definitely do NOT recommend. Do whatever you have to do but find a different plumber!

I called to snake a kitchen sink that was clogged. He handled it in 5-10 minutes. I was willing to pay that amount as I was quoted on the phone. Then he said the drain basket needed to be replaced. He said it would be $300 extra to replace it. And two bolts needed to be tightened on the bathroom faucet. The total bill now came to $600. We were amazed and told him "No." He left with $99 plus $20 for travel. Total $119.00 as quoted over the phone when I first called. Beware of upselling as it really is not ethical what they are doing.

Unbelievable! Bait and switch all the way! Not $99. Quoted $99 + $20 Fuel surcharge. Washing Machine stand pipe behind an in-cabinet washer was backing up. This shares a drain line with a small bathroom sink so I told the plumber it would probably be easier to go in that way. Looked under the sink and remarked that the P-trap was plastic and how hard it would be to clean out. Said he'd do it for $168. I didn't want to wait for another plumber (my mistake) so I agreed. He wrote it up, AND THEN ADDED THE $20 FUEL SURCHARGE! Now at $188. With all his complaining I thought this would take hours. 10 minutes later the drain was clean with no issues. I remarked about the bait and switch and he told me to call his company directly - that everybody complains and NO ONE AT MIKE DIAMOND CARES! I asked him why he would work for a company like that and he said it pays his bills. I paid my bill and told him I would never call Mike Diamond plumbing again, and he said it didn't matter - he had more customers than he could handle! He didn't need or want me as a customer. WOW! Also informed me after the job was done that it had no Warranty! What?

Do yourself, and all the others who might benefit from reading this - NEVER CALL MIKE DIAMOND PLUMBING!

So much for $99... Garbage disposal issue turned out to be a plug in Garbage disposal not removed during installation. He removed the plug and then didn't even have a clamp for hose (I provided). What a joke. Then charged me $250... I rarely post reviews but this just takes the cake..

Our plumbing tech, Leo Ochoa, arrived right on time and fixed our backed up kitchen sink within an hour. And the work is guaranteed for a year! We are very happy with the friendly and prompt and reliable service. Next time we need plumbing (or electrical) service, we'll call Mike Diamond again.

Got charged $550 for a service that did not solve the problem. Their diagnosis of the plumbing problem was not even true. Very dissatisfied. Got an independent plumber and fixed the problem the same day.

Appreciated the fast prompt service. Everything was taken care of by a friendly clean technician. Great job!

I have received service from Mike Diamond Services on a number of occasions over the past seven years. In each instance, the work was done properly and the technicians were very courteous and professional. COVID-19 protocols and footwear coverings are standard procedures. The technicians' methodology is consistent: First is to ask questions about the source of the problem and the manner and frequency of use of the affected hardware. Second is to hone in on the problem and carefully evaluate the requirements for repair. Third is to develop an accurate estimate of the cost. And fourth is to thoroughly review the proposal with me and to review customer rights and responsibilities. Updates and inspections are given along the way. A variety of payment methods are accepted and there is no payment until the work has been satisfactorily completed. I would highly recommend Mike Diamond Services and the technicians.

Needed a plumber on Veteran's Day... signed up on line at 9:20am, got a call at 9:50am, tech out at 10:40am, fixed problem (kitchen drain / laundry drain) and done by 11:05am. Anthony N. Provided excellent service and great communication throughout the service visit and was extremely detailed. Fast and Excellent service. Anthony N. Is an asset to your business and represents Mike Diamond with strength and honor! THANK YOU!

He came early and fast, and he changed the fill valve quickly. But it was expensive. I hope it lasts long.

We had family and kids over at our house for father's day, and somehow someone clogged the toilet. We Called Mike diamond for $99 to unplug the toilet. They came out half an hour later. I showed him the outside cleanup and expected him to run the snake to open the line. However, he did not even look at the cleanout or check anything else. Just start asking me for the mainline cleanout. I showed him the mainline on the other side of the house But he wanted one on each side of the house. To make the story short. He did not look at anything, Did not snake the line or anything. Just start telling me that we need TWO MAINLINE CLEAN OUT. Then telling me he can call his Supervisor to come out and give us the quote to dig out the main line and to install another main line clean out. Possibly to change the sewer hookup line as well. I Called these crooked people (Mike Diamond smell good plumber) to unplug a simple toilet. I think the kids flushed a few but wipes down the drain. Mike Diamond plumber tried to sell me $1000s of dollars with line replacement, new cleanout on the mainline. Etc. Etc., before checking anything. I got soo angry and told him to get the hell out of here. Then I Called the "ROOTER MAN" Plumbing. He came by. I Showed him the cleanups. He went to his truck and brought his 50-foot small snake, and everything got back to normal in less than ten minutes for $49.00
Mike Diamond Smell Good Crook STINK. They send their workers out to Sell, not to do the job. Workers give the homeowners some BS. And then call their Supervisor to come out and hand the venerable homeowners a $10,000 or $20,000 bill. IT's Not right. It is a bad business.

We have lived in this area since the 60s. We now live in Northern Nevada but maintain this residence as our oldest kids and grandkids still live in SoCal. Maintaining this one from long distance is always challenging and since this is the first time we've been here in over a year, we were wondering, "what will it be this time"? This week has been exceptionally cold and the heater took a dive. We have used an old family co. For years but the last few times have been unsatisfactory. We took a shot at your company and we are so glad we did."Pro" was professional, courteous, and very thorough. And the amazing short time frame to get here was dazzling. He found the problems and got the parts and had them installed in record time. We now have the A/C operating as good as new. We will most certainly be using you in the future and will recommend you to our neighbors. Thank you for your prompt and professional service!

I called for service and they arrived 2 hours earlier than I expected. They called first and i said yes for earlier service. After the initial inspection they found a few "little" problems that I didn't know that there was with my kitchen. They fixed my "BIG" problem very easily and saved me several visits in the future and additional cost in the future by fixing "little" problems. With the service agreement I saved quite a bit of money and obtained a better warranty. My tech, #5228, was honest and professional the entire time.

I had a great experience with Mike Diamond Plumbing today. Robert showed up with a face mask. Bonus points! He had a positive attitude. The field manager, Victor, was called. Both gentlemen were professional and straight forward about the job that needed to be done. I am willing to call them back for future work that needs to be done. Their sincere explanation was reassuring.

I had a backed up sink and 2 shower drains. They advertised a $99 per drain service fee. Well the clean out was $99 PLUS $400 more for the water jet treatment to the line. I was OK with that. However one shower line was not moving, and the tech poked it out for 30 seconds with a snake... and charged another $99 (really). Then at the end tried to sell me some enzyme crystals for maintenance... they were another $99 (I refused). The tech Leo was great and very knowledgeable. However, as we all need these services when we have clogged drains... don't gouge customers and upsell services! Will not call them again.
