Basically they accept no returns, even on defective items. Once you open the packaging, even if you have a broke item or the wrong item they refuse any returns, exchanges or assistance in fixing the problem.

I would like to personally thank you for letting me order something December of 2012 and it say it would be here December 27th and I could still use it as a gift, but it not arrive. Then it go to a major backorder and never hear from you again. I chat after December and am told it will here in January. Great. I have a birthday that month for same person and can use it for that. But doesn't arrive. That's 1 Christmas and 1 Birthday ruined. I chat. It will be here March. Nope and no communication from you either, gain. I contact again. It will be here. Nope. I contact again. What the website says is when it will be here - I am told. The website says it is not arriving ever. So, I contact and am told that is correct and my order has been cancelled. I now have to rearrange all my plans and purchase something else because I can't get the product to go with it. So, I do. And last night at 10pm you send me an email telling me you shipped my item. It's 8 months later! Without even asking me if I still want the product and telling me my order had been cancelled. When I contact to complain about this, I'm told I have to waste my time to fill out a form, I assume print it (paper and ink), drive to the PO (gas), and return it (time) all at my expense and get reimbursed later. Are you kidding me? Why are you shipping me something 8 months later anyway? Where is your communication, your customer service, your intelligence? You ruined Christmas, Birthdays, my day today, and to top it off charged me for the item last night when I have a kid going to college next week who needs things and I can't afford to spend anything else right now. So, you ruined that, too. Great timing, as always. I am so irate. I don't even have words. All I can is tell everyone had badly you have messed this up and to think I need to even return this 8 months later and my own expense is a joke. Tooth and nail I fought and you won't cover my shipping. How horrid is that? Pretty darn horrid. Shame on you. Everything else I ordered from you was garbage anyway.

Be careful with this company, their ammo prices are great but they make up with shipping charges. First off when they get product in they do not release it at a given time. They will release some and then an hour later some more. Right now with the ammo craze they have limits on the ammo so when ammo is added to the website you can only buy 500 rounds and pay 15 dollars to ship. Then an hour or 2 later they add more ammo and the same thing happens, before the end of the day you will be able to buy 2k rounds on 4 separate orders, but you will pay 60 dollars in shipping. If your lucky enough to get more than one item on an order, they will place it on hold and say they oversold but will immediately ship the remaining item to you. Don't bother calling, you will almost always get a busy signal, because of everyone else calling trying to combine orders(they will not combine orders by the way). Seems like all companies selling ammo are doing the same, they either jacking up the prices or they get you with the shipping. Either way good luck to everyone.

Shooters, hunters, etc will get a great deal from Midway USA. Larry Potterfield and his crew go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase. They have just about everything.

Horable customer service. I tried to purchase a DPMS ar-15 upper 20" barrel 1-9" twist. They sent me a 1-8" twist. When I asked them they said that price and specs are subject to change with out notice. I told them that I didn't feel this is a spec difference, that they show different twist for different products. Anyway I sent the upper back they said it would take 24-48 hours. It has been 5 day's. When I contacted them they said again it would take 48 hours when I said it has been 5 day's since confermation of delivery. They have not contacted me back

I have used midwayusa since 2005. Their selection is vast, product discription accurate and useful, prices are fairly average (but some items cannot be found elsewhere), shipping time is short, products arrive in good packing material, and their customer service is available via phone or email and they will give you the benefit of the doubt and more than overly satisfy your needs even at a loss to themselves. This company leans more toward gunsmithing supplies. This company is only one of two companies that I can say is THE source for their venue of supply.
