I haven't used my debit card in months. I tried to use it,it was declined. I called and they asked for only 3 proofs of verification over the phone, 1 out of 3 was my address. I moved 3 times, so she asked for other proof, 5 more verification facts. I passed them plus 2 out of 3 in the first questions which now makes 7 questions I passed. But because I couldn't prove my address they couldn't go further. FK YOU MIDDLEFIELD BANK.
