This dress is perfect. My daughter loves soft clothes and this dress dress was exactly that! The sizing I feel like is true to size.

Got here fairly good time it's very cute but I order the black hat to wear with it still have not received hope to receive soon so she can wear the whole outfit together before she out grows and the holidays aren't done.
Ordered an outfit a month in advance to the event we need it for and it arrived just in enough time. Excited to open it, I was disappointed to find that the shirt was missing from the outfit. I paid the price for the 3 piece set that only can with two of the three items.
This is the company's mistake. When I reached out to have the missing shirt shipped I was told I would have to return my order, wait for refund, to then repurchase my items that were a preorder so this can take up to to 30 days to get the correct order.
I need the outfit for next week. I now have to buy a shirt to match, spending extra money while still paying full price for the outfit. Yes, I could just return it for a refund but we wanted the outfit, and purchased a matching hat and boots to go with as well. Nothing was done to correct their error. Not worth dealing with. Avoid this company at all costs.

We apologize for the incomplete set that was received in the shipment. We have located a new complete set and are sending it out today with USPS Priority. Once tracking is assigned, we will email you confirmation.
The option to resend the missing item should have been offered and I am speaking with my team to update our processes and procedures. Normally, if something is sent wrong, we ask that the customer return the item and we will replace the item.
The top should have been offered to be sent out instead of returning the set, and this has been communicated to the team.
Expect a tracking link by end of day today with a new complete set, not just the top. You may discard or donate any items that are not needed once you receive the replacement package; we do not need any of the original parts returned.
I have also emailed you the tracking link for the boots to your email today.
