The discrepancy between our skills, qualifications, and the prevailing industry standards in this industry made our salary and benefits package all the more demoralizing. It was disheartening to see how the company neglected the value of its employees, failing to recognize the expertise and dedication we brought to our roles. Not only were our salaries below par, but the benefits package offered was also lacking, falling far short of what was expected in the industry. This neglect left us feeling undervalued and unappreciated as if our contributions were not worth investing in.
