I would not recommend using this site for whatever game you are trying to improve on unless you know for a fact that the coach will respond. It seems very common for coacahes to either not respond at all or accept a review/session, then not actually complete it. Users are given very little information on this front, as there is no review system for coaches like gamersrdy.

I had to get a refund on my first purchase, which wasn't too difficult, but there were some hurdles. I am going to have to do the same for my second attempt at a gameplay review, since the coach accepted it and has not done anything for days since (way past due at this point).

If I had known that the coach typically takes x amount of time to respond, or typically doesn't respond, I could have avoided them and gone with someone more active. Unfortunately, Metafy does not seem to have the interests of users in mind, so all you are given is the info the coach gives you, and a few testimonials which are always going to be positive, even if most users have a bad experience with the coach.
