I have ordered 10 original "Natus Acoustic Filtesr" as posted on evidENT shop in Germany and received loose filters not in the original sealed Natus filters pack. I have contacted the evident Shop which claimed that "Natus sends us the filter plates loose and no longer sealed." I have then contacted Natus which responded "We have relationship with evident and do not support anything they provide." I have then forwarded Natus reply to evident Shop with no reply!
