Incompetent, arrogant and no one takes responsibility for anything. Merrill Edge sold my 83 y/o father an annuity for $84,000. He has had it now for 12 years in the greatest gains in the stock market and with frees and a yearly pay out of $5,000 they have reduced the amount to $78,000. Everyone says that it doesn't look right, but all investment come with rusk and my father should have been aware of the risk and that he should have read the documents for the fund, 160 pages of legal gibberish to mask the facts.
Multiple excuse, phone calls not answered, not returned, not familiar with the issues. This assumes you can get past the robot call system.

Get your money out of Merrill Edge before it is gone.

I have try Merrill edge for 1 week now and I have follow rule everything and I trading normal in the morning and place a trade then go to sleep and I woke up try login to check on my account then my account got locked for no reasons and ask me to call service desk when I called they can't explain to me why I got locked. This is so stupid locked people account while they in a trade that can't not login to account to sell it. I think Merrill edge is a scam want people to lose money not investing.

They only make money for themselves, not you. Poor advise, poor trading. They make it extremely difficult to move your money or take it out. Very bureaucratic and impersonal. Stupid rules that they will not make exceptions to you. They blatantly lie to you on the phone. Every time you call you get a different answer for the same problem. Worst financial group I have ever done business with. Never again will I trust them with my money.

I've bought from Lush countless times, and I have never been disappointed in a single product! I love their bubble bars and bath bombs, but the massage bars they offer are also awesome and the scent lingers all day. I always try different bath lines and keep coming back to lush over and over.

Top Shelf Company
October 20, 2015

I chose Merrill Edge because of the Investment Broker I was fortunate to find at Friendly Center BOA in Greensboro, NC. I have only good things to say about his skill of his field, knowledge of his business, and his refreshing professionalism. I have received nothing short of "Top Shelf" performance from him; because of this Merrill Edge is my choice.

I wrote a letter regarding my account and received a form letter from Merrill Edge Pennington, NJ signed by **. At the end of the letter was the useless 800 number to Jacksonville, FL. So I did a bit of investigating and came up with *******200. Dial that number, press 4 for the company directory. Then spell the person's last and first name. So, when you get an unhelpful response form letter signed by someone, Enter that person's name in the directory, get their phone number and 'reach out' to them!

Merrill Lynch/Bank of America's low-cost trading platform is a mediocre offering. It's not particularly easy to use nor is it any cheaper than other low-cost online brokers. I prefer TD Ameritrade or even Vanguard's online brokerage tool. Bank of America's retail banking customers are nudged into signing up but you would not be missing much if you took a pass on Merrill Edge.
