I am reading meshealth for over two years now and trust me it beats all other magazines which offer men health advice and fitness tips. I have followed several programs in their magazine and they do work. Thanks to the exceptionally talented trainers and fitness experts working with menshealth.
I always look up to their natural fitness tips and eating tips sections. They have some real good advice for people who are low on budget, have no time to join gym and for those who are typically looking for ways to stay fit naturally.
