Disappointed
Had a nice offer in 2022, i enrolled, provided credit card data. They never sent a frendly reminder before auto renewal and they charged my credit card for the fulll renewal fee. Moreover, no chargeback was provided as the rules they use state i should have closed the subscription on my own prior to renewal.

Contacted them directly upon renewal, they replied 2 days later and refused to refund me for a service not used at all. I cancelled my subscription bid them farewell and good riddance and they even suggested to sell me something else.

Update 21.06.2022: changed rating from 1/5 to 3/5 as i have been refunded in full but this took a call directly from management. Everything could have been avoided if i had a notification prior to the subscription update date. I might have been still a customer now as i would have made an informed decision instead.
