Fast period and thorough. The system was also clean, not too busy with ads and unnecessary information. One might say straight up with what you want and need.

Wanted it to show owners names and mileage so a little disappointed and now a little irritated because it wanted 100 characters to leave review

Looks like they have all the correct information. They list square footage of the house and the square footage of the property. They include the property taxes and any improvements that have been done. Very helpful. Thanks!

Very nice report. Will recommend to others. The report was not so detailed but will suffice for general information. I wish it will show the name of who holds the title.

This was easy to do and quite accurate, as far as I could tell. This is a convenient way to check on your property and how it is being valued, a good idea to do at least once a year. Recommend.

A person selling a vehicle told me that it was a 2002 and was in great condition. I found out that it was a 2003 with a minimum amount of recalls. I got to negotiate my price due to this report and bought the vehicle. Thanks to this report.

Quick and accurate, exactly what I needed with all information available and legible. My only issue is I was told 1$ and was charged $18.95 on my account. Ill be asking for a refund :/

Annoyed that the lien info was not on the report. That's why I did the search in the first place. When I tried to go to it I was directed to this review instead. In addition, the information on the roof is wrong. The asphalt was replaced by a new type tin roof, as evidenced in the photo.

I thought I had signed up for the $1.00 report, however I was charged $18.95 with one click on my computer. Did not get the information that I was looking for so once again I was failed again.
Had I had the opportunity to read the reviews beforehand I would have not clicked!
Why are there so many scammers out there?

Getting a property report was quick, simple & easy. The report was thorough, and formatted very well, so is easy to review the information.

Super user friendly. Straight forward. But charged 18 not 1.00. However it was worth it. And detailed and accurate

Was unable to see copies of original closing documents before doing this review after doing the review will go back to get the title information at this point don't know what's going to come on screen at this site after I close out this review.
