I am writing this review to warn others from making the same mistake I did by trusting Melbet with my funds. In April 2025, an unauthorized withdrawal was made from my Melbet account. I immediately contacted their support and repeatedly requested the most basic details: the name and bank RIB (Relevé d'Identité Bancaire) to which the money was sent. These are simple details that any serious, transparent platform should be able to provide without hesitation. Instead, what I received from Melbet was a frustrating cycle of: Avoidance: Ignoring my actual question and sending irrelevant responses. Excuses: Blaming me for not enabling two-factor authentication, as if that excuses them from disclosing where my money went. Diversion: Asking me to confirm my phone number or merge multiple accounts — which has nothing to do with the stolen funds. Despite providing proof that the bank account used for deposits was not the same as the one that received the withdrawal, Melbet refused to investigate properly or refund the amount. Worse, they refused to disclose the destination of the stolen funds, suggesting serious internal negligence — or complicity. I was clear and patient through the entire process. I even created a second account for security reasons (which I later confirmed I would no longer use). Yet, instead of transparency or accountability, I was met with delays, deflection, and denial. Melbet has proven to be: Unsecure: My account was accessed and emptied without proper protection. Irresponsible: They refused to share where the funds went. Unprofessional: Repeatedly sent generic responses, even after escalations. Untrustworthy: Their actions suggest a lack of integrity in how user funds and data are handled. My final warning:
If you value your money and personal security, stay away from Melbet. Once your funds are gone — even due to a security breach on their platform — they will not help you, and they will not take responsibility. I have now escalated this to financial authorities, gaming regulators, and consumer protection agencies and will pursue legal action if necessary. Don't wait until it happens to you. Avoid Melbet.
