I have been a customer for over 24 years, lots of changes over the time, now free shipping. The products really work. I love that I get fresh products, not ones sitting in a warehouse or on store shelves for months, i get lots of rebates and deals each month, love the membership is only $19.00 a year. They always are improving and looking for ways their customers can save without sacrificing the quality. Cant say enough good things. Everything is 100% money back. Such a reputable company.
My daughter started selling Melaleuca products to help her pay for rent/expenses while she was going to college. I decided to sign up to help her out and I like natrual products. I was only using the products a few short months and broke out into a rash from head to toe. I ended up in the ER a couple days later because nothing was helping them go away. I decided at that point in time that I wanted to quit ordering the Meleleuca products because what I went through was awful. It is nearly impossible to cancel your membership once you sign up. I tried for literally 2 weeks straight to get my membership canceled because I did not want to have to pay for a product I no longer wanted to use. I even contacted the guy my daughter was under to help me out and it still did not work. Today I called customer service back and guy told me different way of canceling my membership. I think I was able to get my membership canceled, I guess I will find out next week. I went in to take my credit card and address out and it would not allow me to do that. I am not impressed with how they handle things at all. It should not be that hard to discontue using a product that you no longer want to use. I would not recommend getting into a membership or selling the product.
My daughter was told that if she could get 8 people to commit to buying that she would get a $400 gift card. It took them 3 months to get the gift card to her. Not impressed!
They owe me $10.00 said they would send me the last product (back up order) but I will need to pay postage of 10.00 to send it back.
They charged my debt 10.00 and pretend they sent the order to me made it look good on there end.
I never got the items but I saw were they said I got it.
I WANT MY $10.00 DOLLARS BACK!
Even though they are not bad products, they are not the best either. I have been using the line for more than a year, and I have to be calling constantly because I was getting my order plus an extra box that is charged automatically. They are supposed to work by month and you agree to receive monthly pack of merchandise, but sometimes you actually spend more money on extra new items and try it out and they still send the monthly box that you add at the beginning of your enrollment with them, even when you try to cancel it itsssss impossible. I try to cancel in the pandemic and it was a waste of time, customer services will tell you to send a FAX... Who the hell use a fax in 2021... Please update your companyyyy... so after few calls and email and email and calls and calls. Today October 12,2021, I called again and customer service representative Hannah ask me for another email letter to be sent to a new email that is not even in the customer service list. So here it is just in case they don't answer your petitions. Send the email to this person *******@melaleuca.com that is supposed to be the manager that by the way she at the moment of my call was all the time at the bathroom... But Hannah was able to wait for her and call me back indicating they received my email asking to cancel my account. HOPE this is true this time, Sorry for the mix speling but this is not my first language. Hope this help anyone out there having my same problem...
To all saying Melaleuca is a scam you are wrong! For whatever reason for your bad reviews, this company has outstanding products, great customer service and impeccable business model. Yes, you must commit to a monthly purchase amount each month in order to receive the members discount. And after 30days, you fail to place that committed order, the back up order YOU CHOSE will be automatically shipped and your card YOU PLACED ON FILE will be charged per the agreement. If you choose to skip a shipment or want to change your back up, you may do so on their web page under your account, 25/7. If you are a new customer and need help, you simply need to call the company or the person who signed you up and they are happy to help. I've been a member for nearly 20 years and have tried most of their over 400 products. I've never been disappointed with Melaleuca. They have hired the best of the best scientists and bio-engineers to develop the most safe for your home, environment and well-being that I've ever come acrossed.
When my father had stage 4 lung cancer, he would literally have to leave his home once a week in order to sanitize and deep clean the home. When I realized this, I loaded up with Melaleuca products and replaced all the toxic household cleaners. Dad never had to leave his home again for cleaning day. Plus, I learned his skin kept breaking out in wheels. So I switched him to Melaleuca 's laundry care products and the breakouts stopped! So he could breathe around these products and his skin cleared up due to the changes.
So when people bash Melaleuca, it's not because they are a poor company or products... it's because people are only half heartedly giving them a chance.
Products are awesome and i'll continue to buy through a friend, i tried over and over to sign up and let me tell you, the customer service sucks! It's horrendous and why i will NOT be signing up.
I signed up with this wellness company to try the plant based products because i was having horrible stomach issues and needed a good probiotic, decided to try the enzymes as well, and the shakes for my morning breakfast, I cannot believe the results, amazing, i would definitely recommend these plant based products to anyone who has any health issues.
Also the chewing gum is 1 of my favorites because it has no aspartame in it.
Exceptional products! I have tried other brands for my specific needs but to no avail. Only Melaleuca gives me the satisfaction that I need. Thank you, Melaleuca!
Most products are great, however the "shopping club," rules, and making someone buy a pump with each item that needs one is ridiculous! It's just not something that someone on a typical budget can afford.
Full disclosure: I make a PT living as a Melaleuca rep. I am a businessperson who does not trust MLMs, so when I decided to do it as a business I drove straight to Idaho Falls from Edmonton Canada to meet the execs and even suggest new product ideas (which they mostly adopted based on market demand). After thorough due diligence I learned that it was originally purchased as an MLM but soon converted to the insurance model of compensation. (Talk to your insurer to find out how their comp model works.) Melaleuca requires a membership and an immediate purchase because they know you'll fall in love with their products if you give them a chance. Smart business! And if you don't, then get all money back and cancel! Easy.) I don't find them secretive. Join with an email address to purchase direct--without becoming a member--and you can see all the prices. Or ask a member to email the price list! I honestly think the negative reviews are from people who've been burned by MLMs in the past, which I understand. To those people, I challenge you to find a low-pressure Melaleuca rep and ask them a million questions so you can find out more for yourselves. They should be willing and patient sharers of solid info. If you feel pressured, find someone else. Hope this helps.
Several months ago I was introduced to one of this company's many vitamin & supplement products, via a coworker, who is an affiliate saleswoman. The vitamins were just OK, but I feel that for the price, which was $65. I could have got the same or better quality vitamins, for a cheaper price elsewhere. No issue I thought to myself, it is just a bit of a loss. One month rolls around and to my surprise, I get another supply of vitamins delivered to my house. Thing is... I never signed up for re-occurring vitamin delivery etc. In fact, I specifically stated to them that I only wanted to try the product. I called up customer service and demanded that they never charge my account again and send me a return shipping label & box. They charged me $15 for the label and box. I sent the box of vitamins back to them, assuming that the issue was resolved. Another month rolls by and I am again sent products that I never requested. This time a bunch of household cleaning & sanitary items. Such as bacterial wipes & hand sanitizers. Again, rather useless stuff in fancy packaging, that I could have went out and bought myself for one fourth the price. They charged my account yet again.
I finally just phoned my bank and had them stop payment from this ripoff company, so that they could not charge my account again. This is obviously a classic pyramid scheme. With a bunch of people selling their useless products through independent sellers. The more people you introduce as consumers or sellers of the products. The more profit those at the top make. In fact, they are the only ones making any real money through the scam. Don't waste your time or money with these fraudsters!

Literal and obvious pyramid scheme, but that has nothing to do with my problem with this company. No, that reason would be the forced, incredibly excessive monthly orders. After placing a couple orders to stock up on several products, I had all the cleaning supplies I would need for quite some time. Obviously Melaleuca disagreed, sending me $84 worth of products I did not need and also DID NOT ORDER. I then went on the website and deleted this automatic order. I guess that was not enough as they recreated the automatic order and tried to ship me another $84 worth of unwanted products the next month. Luckily I saw this before it shipped however they charged me $10 to cancel an order I DID NOT PLACE and had not yet shipped. I had to cancel my account just to prevent being sent unwanted products. What happened with the first unwanted order? I'm glad you asked... after paying out of pocket to send the order back, they claim they did not receive it and did not refund me. Yes, essentially I paid ~$100 for absolutely nothing as they have all the products they sent me without my knowledge or consent. Unless you require large monthly shipments of "cheap" cleaning products, please do not waste your time and money going through this headache.
All the products that they sale are very safe to use for our health as well as the environment. Been ordering from them for quite sometime now.
We have shopped with melaleuca since 2010... I was skeptical when I set up my account after having challenges in another online company... but melaleuca is different. Their products are great, backed by research and science and better for you. They work hard to provide what people want being as natural as possible. I love that I can trust their products. My kids were young when we started and I am thankful we were introduced to the company and used products that were not toxic for cleaning and in our home. It really makes a difference. There are so many products (bath and body, vitamins, fitness, etc) We order several times a month and our house is completely converted... the only challenge is when you travel making sure you take what you need! If someone has a bad experience with customer care, have the person who helped you set up your account help you. We have been really happy shoppers with the products, customer care and company. High recommend.
This is the worst company on the face of the earth. I cancelled my monthly shipments the morning after I received a notice of a monthly auto shipment they scheduled, due to me not filling out an order. I could not keep spending the money each month (due to loss of income/Covid), but planned to resume when things got back to normal. Not only would they not stop the shipment (it hadn't left their warehouse), they refused to give me my money back when they received the shipment back from me, as I refused it at the door once it had arrived. UPS shows they received it back, but no refund to me. Don't ever get connected with this company. It is unbelievable in today's world that their are still companies that treat customers like this. Not Costco, Sams, or Amazon... they'd never treat their customers like that. Hopefully very soon Melaleuca will be NO MORE!
Been a customer 11 years. Happy for 11 years. Superior products. Can't beat it. Great benefits all around.
Their online ordering system and automatic back-up orders have had a few glitches in them and the company is unwilling to resolve the issues. Most recently, we placed our February order but their system sent a "backup order" as well. Strangely, that backup order - for which we had chosen the products a couple of years ago - had products in it we haven't used in over 10 years and we certainly didn't want them, not to mention we didn't want 2 orders for February. We emailed the company to inform them of their errors and their only response was that we would be charged for shipping on the refused package. So they are making us pay shipping to receive an order we didn't place, and they are charging us shipping to return their erroneous order. Furthermore, every time I have reported issues in the past couple of years they claim the error is due to something I've done. Terrible customer service.
Been taking peak performance and I have more energy than I have had in years! Also love the GC control shakes, they help with appetite and balance glucose Definitely recommend
If you wish to no longer receive orders, this company makes it nearly impossible to cancel. Buyer aware.
I love the fact that the products are safe for my family and the environment and yet priced affordably. They use essential oils and organic acids instead of toxic substances like bleach, ammonia and formaldehyde. They also have a 90 day money back guarantee. Excellent experience overall
Answer: All these negative responses are from people who either don't listen or can't read how this company is set up, I have been a customer now for 18 years and counting last month I ordered Hot Chocolate when I opened the box about half of the single serve containers were missing I call customer service and my next months order there was my full box at no charge, anybody can fine things wrong with any company, these days I don't push this on anyone I may say how I like there products but that's it. You know in 18 yrs I have earned over 18 thousand dollar no other place I shop give me one red cent.
Answer: Yes, there are several supplements specifically for Brain Health Support. And there is a Peak Performance pack that is for brain health (that includes the omegas plus the 2 brain specific blends).
Answer: Very unlikely will it keep you from sleeping. It doesn't provide the "jitters" like competing type products. Just give it a try on a night that you don't have too much happening the next day just to be safe. Really doubt you'll have any issues though.
Answer: What she said. Your Doctor needs to evaluate your condition, he might decide to take them off, or to change them. If you can keep track of your medical numbers, like blood Pressure, blood levels for many things, then he will see, along with you, that the supplements maybe/are changing things. And do keep track, hard numbers say more than anecdotal information does. Anita

Answer: Wow! I know it has been a long time since you posted this but I just wanted to respond. The study shows that the benefits continue as long as you are taking the supplements, and if you stop taking them the benefits will stop. But not that your health will diminish. I would recommend that you read the study for your self to see the true findings. You can find it here, http :// www.freiburgstudy. Com/img/Deprivation%20Study. It’s often said that Melaleuca is a different kind of company. But what makes it different? What is it that sets Melaleuca apart from—and above—the rest?
Well, it all starts with Melaleuca’s mission statement: “Enhancing the lives of those we touch by helping people reach their goals℠.” That’s not just some fancy yet hollow phrase a copywriter came up with on a whim. It’s a deliberate and thoughtful statement, and the guiding principle behind everything Melaleuca does, down to the smallest act by the last employee.
Melaleuca’s goal is to help people achieve total wellness. To do that, it has created over 350 exceptional products that people use and rely on every day. The company with the best product wins, and Melaleuca has worked with some of the world’s top researchers to create better, safer products using a balance of science and nature.
These products are not only better for your body and the environment, they&rs...
