Having to subscribe and unsubscribe to get free shipping in an attempt to get people to accidentally pay multiple months in a row feels scummy.

Been buying stuff from meh since the late 1700's, each purchase delighting and inspiring. My only regret is the vast majority of their wares do not produce in any way shape or form, margaritas. Of course, the mercandise is of fantastic variety and caliber, but my dismay arises from failed attempts to use such items as charging banks or automated floor cleaners as blending devices for margaritas, although used for other ends, they tend to be beyond satisfactory.

MEH is the best. Can't really say more. The experience is always awesome! Products are always priced just right

I was missing an item from my recent order. The form was completed & I was contacted within 2 days to inform me of the resolution. Sean informed me the item was out of stock & a refund would be provided within 24 hours. This was great customer service & turn around time to resolve. Thank you Sean!

I had an issue with some of my items being damaged because of the way they were packaged. Sean at customer service took care of the problem by issuing me a refund. I'd really expect nothing less from Meh as their customer service has ALWAYS been top notch! They're quick to respond to emails, always knowledgeable and friendly no matter what the problem is. It's actually a pleasure doing business with them and never a hassle, even when something's gone terribly wrong. 😜

Customer service experiences with a lot of online retailers can be hit or miss. Caitlin took care of my issue within a few hours of me hitting the send button, way faster than I expected.

They are the absolute worst! They sent me a six month supply of a product that expires in a month and a half. They refused to take it back or issue me a refund. They claimed that the expiration date was in the product details. Why would you sell a six month supply of a product that expires in a month and a half? STAY AWAY!

I have enjoyed buying items from MEH.com for several years. I have never been disappointed by either the quality of the product or the price I paid. For Christmas, my wife had given me a LaserPecker2 lasering machine. So when the 4-Pack: Tervis 24 oz Powder Coated Triple Insulated Stainless Steel Tumblers came up for sale I bought them, mostly to test on. Well, they are wonderful tumblers, and I reached out to Meh to inquire about buying more. Although they didn't have any, the response from Ashley was prompt and friendly. And she mentioned that they might have something similar in the near future and keep an eye out.

This is certainly an usual company, but I have enjoyed doing business with them and now I can also say that their customer service is superb.

I had a problem with my order and had to contact customer service. Representative Angela resolved the issue within minutes, and the only requirement was a photo of the item. That's one of the reasons why I keep buying from Meh.com

Meh's "one item a day" model means a daily bit of anticipation plus a fair amount of humour, usually with a dusting of WTF for good measure. It's a fun place with a good community, and some really good folks behind the scenes. I rarely have issues with my Meh orders, but the few times I have, the customer service has been awesome and things were resolved quickly (/wave to Ashley W, you rock).

Angela from customer support resolved the missing item issue quickly and efficiently. She replied immediately to my inquiry and all was made right in a matter of hours.

Ach…so many bored CSRs. So many "can't do this". So many hours on the phone, listening to Barry Manilow singing Mandy (never used to hate that). Angela at MEH was the antivirus. Had an issue that was expected to be a negative but an online request concerning an issue was resolved within 15 minutes. MEH and Angela are super!

When Roshwey (*******@hotmail.com) did not honor their 1 year warranty on their outdoor Solar Lights, Meh stepped in and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Totally unnecessary on their part but very much appreciated. Meh is the place to buy, forget the Chinese businesses without honor.
