I had a very disappointing experience with Megatix. I accidentally purchased the wrong tickets and immediately reached out to see if I could get a refund or exchange them so I could buy the correct ones. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility or willingness to help, even though the mistake was caught right away.
Good customer service should include reasonable solutions for honest mistakes, especially when the customer is trying to purchase the correct tickets. Instead, I was left paying for tickets I didn't want and unable to buy the ones I actually needed.
Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Megatix. Their refund policy and lack of customer support made what should have been a simple issue unnecessarily frustrating.
