Megapari has refused to close my account when I asked them multiple times. First, they offered me bonus when I told them that I have gambling issues and want a lifetime ban. When I did not accept the bonus and asked them again and again for account closure, they stopped replying. I created a complaint on another platform and there they also did not answer. However, after two weeks, when I wrote my VIP manager for a bonus, he immediately answered me within a few minutes and promised me a freebet, when I delete all my comments and complaints... I asked them for a refund of the amount that I lost in the last 4 weeks, after promising to find a solution, they came up with freebets... So they offered freebets someone with serious gambling addiction who wants his account to be closed. This also shows that they were aware of everything, but ignored me intentionally to exploit my gambling addicition. I have never experienced something like this.
