Very Disappointing Experience with Megapari
I deposited 100,000 PKR into my Megapari account (ID: *******839), but the amount has still not been credited after 2 days. I have already provided them with payment receipts and bank statements as proof, yet there has been no real solution.
Every time I contact support, they keep giving the same reply: "Please contact us after 12 hours." This has happened repeatedly, with no progress at all.
Customer service seems unhelpful and only gives automated responses instead of actually resolving the issue.
For such a large deposit, this kind of delay and poor support is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this app unless they improve their payment system and customer support. Very frustrating experience.
