I placed an order 11/18/2023. They are suppose to ship out in 5 days, I realize Thanksgiving was in there, but I have not received anything. I emailed yesterday, no response, I just tried to get on the Chat line, Chat is not available at this time. Very unhappy.

Did not want to give any stars, this place sucks! Stay away from ordering. Sent a return, called to get the status and no luck talking to anyone. Thank goodness I did not order a bunch. Will never order again! It should not be this hard to get a refund, they are happy to take your money but refunds are a different story!

I ordered one scrub top and two scrub pants. The top arrived almost a month later. The pants never arrived. I emailed 5 times and called twice, leaving voicemails. I have not been refunded nor has the items arrived.
Very disappointment. Poor customer service. Website is misleading as well as their phone number is inaccurate.

I placed an order for 3 scrub pants, I received someone else's 2 scrub sets with all their shipping info instead. I have repeatedly over past 2 days have left emails for and voice mails for customer service. I have not heard a peep. So much for I business day reply.

I bought scrubs from this site, I returned them all with tags due to them not fitting…… that was weeks ago and I still have not seen a refund! I've emailed them multiple times with no response! This company is awful and a scam!

I Place two different orders in january,2023. I have received only half of one order and tomorrow is April 1.2023. Totally unacceptable. I can not reach anyone by phone. They keep sending emails, like I have received my items. If I could give o stars I would. Absolutely horrible service.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They give you BAD tracking numbers for every order! YOU have to contact THEM to get the proper tracking numbers and they STILL give you a bad number! I shouldn't have to contact a company 3 times because they are providing bad tracking numbers. You'll never get your items.

Made a purchase on February 19. Still haven't received my order. Sent 2 messages thus far. No reply back yet!?

Do not order scrubs from this site. Never received my order they claimed to have shipped them and then said they were sold out of one and then never shipped the remaining

Simply stated: Ordered scrubs online and payment received to Medical Scrubs Collection.
Have not received product. Nothing.
Contacted company several times via email through their website. Still nothing. In fact when someone did reply with a question about the order when I gave a reply I received " Out ON Maternity Leave".
Unbelievable.

I ordered on Feb 19... they said 5-7 days before they ship. They just created the mailing label today March 2 but still haven't even sent it and it's being sent regular mail by the post office. Why did I pay $5 for shipping one scrub top?
