I was a member for many years and I guess they hated me leaving dirty towels (uh membership included towel service) so they figured that since I came early in the morning it was me. Mind you there were other non POC in there as well. I guess their cleaning people reported to them. But, the cleaning crew didn't tell management they were borrowing hair products from members. Bet they are hurting now that most companies are WFH. Please 60.00 for a monthly gym membership is ridiculous.
I went here for years since my employer was on campus. It was very convenient but, that was it. They opened early but, closed early with no classes. The staff was lazy (one even use to borrow gel from someone). They have cameras and they watch you and get mad if you use too many towels (they provide) and it was 50.00 a month. That is they highest I ever paid for a gym membership with no classes, no pool, no sauna or jacuzzi. You do better going down the street to 24 hour fitness. The leasing staff are no better than the gym staff. The same gel borrowing staff told someone the ladies in the gym were dirty. Ok isn't' it your job to clean up but, at least we can afford gel.
