They are actually a SCAM. They will not deliver on your purchase (even partially) and emails will go unanswered.
The site also looks suspiciously similar to another site, so you might think you are using different providers whereas you are giving your money to the same scammers.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you are ok with flushing your money down the drain.

They initially left a Google review that looked great. I was happy and thought it would help my new business. However, about a month or so later a second review appeared with the EXACT same content. Word-for-word, except from a different Google account.
Obviously this made my reviews look incredibly suspicious and fake. So after frantically emailing their support, here is what they responded with...
"We understand your concern, but unfortunately, we are unable to remove the review that has been delivered. Please consider reporting the review from your end, as this is the best course of action at this point."
WHAT?! No matter how many times I emailed them and begged, they continued to claim it was impossible to delete the review. The review that I paid THEM to post! I've reported the review numerous times and so far, two weeks later, it still is up.
Thanks to MediaMister, my small business now looks sketchy and they wouldn't even refund me. They offered me 5% off my next order, which is truly insulting given the situation.

Lost of money. You'll get the followers but they will be deleted after 60 days and no refund! I tried the solution for multiple accounts and I lost all the followers. MM refuses to refund or honour the followers. It's bots followers nothing real!

I bought the 1000 organic traffic package. The count of the delivery is arguable ( I see more or less 550 - but my gtag is async deferred). My monthly average for engagement time per session is 1.36m; for the day of this "organic traffic" package, the engagement time dropped to 2s so basically all this does is skyrocket your bounce rate. Also it's worth mentioning, what kind of proxies are they using and how slow are these proxies and what will they do with your Core Web Vitals? In the global scheme of things I highly doubt this will negatively affect your SEO but I don't see how it can positively affect it either. The "organic" traffic doesn't appear on GSC only on analytics so as far as the indexing engine is concerned all this gets ignored. Google isn't stupid and understands just fine that there are many traffic generators so most of this will just be backwash. It was worth a try but I wouldn't buy again.
To MediaMister: If your company wants a future, create products that work! I would be a repeat customer for example if your automation actually crawled the website for 10-30s instead of just bouncing.
And start approving these negative reviews as I highly doubt I'm the first one to bring these issues up!
P.s. If you don't approve this review, I will 1 star you on the top 10 review sites just cuz it took time to write this and I don't like my time wasted.

I ordered 2500 Spotify plays to be delivered within 3-5 business days. After two weeks, I received zero and emailed customer support. They emailed back saying they'd deliver, which they didn't. I emailed again a week after and they sent "your order is complete" with a screenshot of 1500 plays. My Spotify for artists dashboard shows less than 1500, and my order was for 2500 anyway. Every single competitor that offers this service is better, do NOT even give Media Mister a try.

I purchased from them a package for 1000 followers for my new Facebook Group and there was the possibility to specify the country of the followers, and I selected Worldwide.
In reality, I stated to get tens of followers ONLY and specifically from Vietnam...that come on makes it a bit odd...All of them NOT a single one from a different country. I tried to contact Customer Service and was told that they do not know from which country followers are added, and I was unable to stop the delivery. I did not ask for a refund.
I had to ban hundreds followers to get rid of them and change the URL of the group to stop delivery!
Overall a terrible service and customer service. I will never use them again,

I strongly advise against using this service. I placed an order on July 25th for $153 and was told it would take 16-18 days for delivery. When I reached out to them nearly a month later on August 22nd, they confessed they couldn't fulfill my order. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept pushing alternative services on me, which I wasn't interested in. I requested a refund, but their customer service representative kept dodging my request for the following two weeks. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Buyer, be cautious.

Very disappointed with Media Mister. Promotion campaign suffered due to steady stream of drop offs, manipulated USA profiles with all friend photos from India. Sent numerous emails with screen shots proving bad profiles and severe drop offs. Customer Service and TECH department made excuses, even denied drop offs! Very overrated company. In short, they scammed me. I made a very small order, 50 YT likes and 1000 YT views. Over a month later and I have received neither. I exchanged several emails with someone named "Johnny Walker" over there and I'm just getting the run around from them. They claim they completed the order, I have screen shots of the video showing they didn't. I gave them an opportunity to make this right and they failed to do so.

If you're considering ordering Google Review services from MediaMister, I strongly discourage it due to its poor quality and lack of attention to detail. Despite charging $20 per review, my personal experience with them was highly disappointing. I paid $100 in the hope of receiving quality reviews, but instead, they ended up causing harm to my Google account. The fact that they posted the same review twice clearly shows their lack of professionalism. They were given a simple task of posting one unique review per day, based on the content I provided, but they couldn't even fulfill that requirement. It is evident that they do not prioritize service quality. As a result, I am seriously considering discontinuing my use of Google My Business account altogether.

Answer: They fail to deliver on their promises stated on their website, showing a disregard for the quality of their work. This is a complete scam without any possibility of refunds. When I reached out to Google directly about my missing customer reviews, they ended up posting them. It became clear to me that MediaMister had simply duplicated the same reviews from different accounts. Their lack of attention to detail is evident, as they don't bother to ensure the accuracy of their actions. Furthermore, they are unable to remove duplicate reviews through third-party services, likely originating from orders in India or Pakistan. I strongly advise against using their services. My experience with them has resulted in significant damage to my account, leading me to discontinue any future engagements with them.
