I ordered a product which was supposed to be delivered regular but was to be sent out within 2 days, after a week i questioned why i had nothing. I was assured it would go out soon and be 2 day delivery at no extra charge, it came regular delivery 4 days later than promised a second time, your lies and deceptions are not appreciated when i needed a tool to conduct at home blood tests and chose your company's product because of promised turn around
