I ordered a dress from them and the payment was immediately taken on 22 October 2019. I cancelled the order a few hours later on the same day after I realised that I ordered the wrong size. First they pretend the item has already been shipped and asked me to keep the dress. I refused and then they agreed to refund and told me that refund was processed on 28 October. Since then I have chased them several times. At first they told me be patient and wait for the payment to take it's time to arrive my account. Now they just completely ignore my email. It has been over 8 weeks and I still haven't received it. I don't think they have actual processed any refund at all. I will never order from them again.

I was looking to purchase my bridesmaid dresses from this site. I contact customer service through email (the only means for contacting them) and voiced my concern about purchasing several dresses and without a guarantee for quality. I asked for advice/options. The rep advised me to purchase one dress or purchase fabric. I told them that this was a risk and asked if they could at minimum guarantee me quality. Then I offered to purchase a piece of fabric depending on the cost. Then the rep told me that they could not help me. They were rude in their responses and had no regard for my interest in purchasing from them.

I ordered a beautiful mother of the bride dress for my sons wedding. Size 14. I'll show you the photos of what I got. It was so small I couldn't even get it on. Now, I'd gone shopping at Dillard's the day before and was fitting fine into 12 dresses. I sent emails, and the nasty responses lead me to believe I was being scammed. The dress came Cramer in a bag, so tight into a ball, that it was a wrinkled mess upon arrival. Terrible! It was a mess. He told me I didn't pay enough to have it put into a box. I paid 150 dollars for it. It was on sale. I'm so disappointed and upset that I had to come on here and tell you all about my experience. Please save yourself this experience don't purchase from this company

Do not, I repeat, do not ever order from mdresses.com. The dresses they depict online are a gross misrepresentation of what the dress actually looks like plus the sizes are EXTREMELY small. I ordered a dress for my daugters prom and when it finally came in (later than I requested) it was hideous and 3 sizes smaller than what I ordered. They only have email communication and refused to accept any responsibility for the horrendous dress sitting in my home. After one day, they refused to acknowledge my attempts at communication. This is a scam company. Do not ever order from them. I have learned a very expensive lesson..
