My feelings on MDG are, neutral. Customer service reps were nice enough. The process is entirely to long and played out. The shipping process is a disaster. For the cost of shipping paid, shipping through my UPS account would have been cheaper and quicker.

The product I ordered arrived a few days early, and that was a welcome surprise. The customer service reps are all very nice and efficient. I will buy from here again. The product itself is just as advertised and we are very happy with it. The price seemed a little expensive at first, but really isn't once I saw all of the accessories that came with it.

I was pleased with the order process but my order was delayed after christmas

It takes several days between each step of the way. Submit order, wait days, said shipped, wait for tracking info, wait days again. Wait. Wait. Wait
Starts off by getting a phone call and then another phone call has to be made, after that another phone call must be made. After all those phone calls it says my purchase is still waiting to be shipped a week later. Hopefully the products I bought are good and that would make the experience better. I will say the people on all the phone calls were polite and did a good job.

My overall experience was pretty good despite the fact that it took entirely to long for my items to ship, But the wait was worth it. The items are authentic and they have wonderful customer service.
I have been waiting and waiting to get a tracking number and never have! My payment went through and cleared a few days ago. I called and spoke with someone today and they told me they see where it cleared that she was going to send me a link for tracking and still haven't received anything

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
