Ordering takes weeks, and delivery takes even longer. The logistics company they use is a joke. By the time you get your order, you've probably already made 3 payments. Use Zebit or Perpay. Much easier to use with quicker fulfillment.

I bought a 65" incurved samsung tv, and Playstation 4, paid 350.00 shipping and handling, sameday went To a wrong adress then gave it To transport pelber, the shipping was extremely long, the 3 agents To whom ive spoken, werent very accommodating and one of them even hung up on me, then the delivery man was alone and transported the 65" tv draging it in thesnow and beating it like it was 5 pounds, in the stairs, then threathening me To take it back if i did not sign for eveything ok. All i got from MDG agents is à sorry and a 50$ credit, on a 2000$ bill!

Was iffy when I first came across mgd went ahead and did application was approved for 1900 bought a switch bundle takes a while to process and get order shipped about a week and half my package is due to be here today I can say I will continue to use the company for future purchases

The worst customer service all the different hoops you have to jump through just to conduct business with them is out rages they never respond to anything that they require you to send in once they get it they never respond to you via email phone call or anything. My suggestion would be using only has a 100% last resort for financing

I had some questions and customer service was somewhat rude about it. Not the person assigned to my account. He was professional. Shipping is really slow to. They shipped the 16th and they didn't schedule my delivery until the 29th. Much longer then I expected

Over all it was a really good experience. Getting set up was a little rough with uploading documents but once it was said and done, it was smooth. Customer service is exceptional and very polite! Almost too good to be true.
I just wish they gave their customers shipping options like everyone else. I will have waited over a week for my order to be delivered and going through so many transfer stations that I'm afraid my product is going to be damaged before I even get it and they don't cover physical damage. Not to mention my first payment is going to be due before I even see my product. So that's a bit frustrating and nerve racking. I don't want to be out an item because the shipping was ground shipping.
Find a way to give your customers shipping options and you will have hit the mark in all categories of customer service.

They are quick to sell, and then refuse to respond to service issue. Avoid if you can. I am almost to the point of refusing payment.

It's been nearly a month since the first time I've ordered the product and then they felt the need to use another account which changed my purchase date.
I never thought I would get approved but MDG gave me a chance. Process is quick and easy, I was able to purchase a beautiful furniture set, Ian made everything possible for me working with my income.
