I feel as our second purchase it was easier. Shipping is slow but the service is always good we have never had an issue.
It took me a bit to decide to order something, but I eventually did. I would get a few calls daily from MDG to get me to place an order. Once I finally placed it and made my first payment, uploading proof it drafted from my account, it took almost 6 days for it to show up on their end. I sent multiple emails to my "rep" regarding this, but never once got a response. I am still waiting for the item to get here, but it seems that they will do everything to get a hold of you when you are approved, and want you to buy something, but as soon as that happens, they cut off communication and go to the next person. We will see how their communication is when I need something else, but since my order was placed, no one has responded to me or tried to contact me.

Takes forever for things to get moving. Shipping is slow and tracking makes no sense.

I think the shipping cost is a bit higher than I've ever paid, I paid $249.00 and it took 8 day to git to me.

I was told my TV would be delivered on 1-24 and when I called on the 24th to see if they were still delivering it. I was told it was still in Chicago and they didn't know when it would be delivered but my account was charged for a payment.
All the people I spoke to were very helpful, and it was a really easy process to get my first purchase. So happy to have found MDG.

It was quick nice services with very good follow ups from the customer care center, but the process was complicated coz of many steps and many calls to be conducted

Lots of mixed reviews. Now, whar I am wondering about is the quality of your items after lets say a year or two after? Prices are high enough. I am hoping for feedbacks so I can make a decision. To buy? Or not to buy...?!

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
