I am paying for something and I haven't even received the item. And when I call the shipping company they do not know where it is.

I bought a 70 tv and its tilted by almost 2 to one side on the stand. I called and sent pics like they asked and the response from you guys was that its expected wen you buy a tv that big like I did and thats the email I got 3 days a go from you guys!

Its a good company, quick delivery but only thing was they were supposed to give tracking number on monday and we never got it till Friday

Other than adjusting to Windows 10 it streams way better than my old machine and it is nice to have an HDMI outlet.

Service was great and quick overall. My two issues were having to take pics of social security card, bank statement, and photo ID to a company over the internet was scary! Second question / issue was on line it showed as soon as you make your first purchase your credit amount will increase and haven't seen it happen... Part of my order has been delivered. Still waiting for my scheduled delivery of other half...
