No good costumer service order 90% wrong, always keep your recive with you, in tampa bay spruce and dale mabry name lakisha not good if i am the manager she will be fire in a first minute, she ignored costumer when they ask for something un profecionals they do no use mask and always are screaming in the kitchen never again, the owner should take care about this issue or somebody who will sue then

I went to get a quick, cheap dinner for my daughter and I while we were moving. I was told they got rid of the salads. I needed a gluten free meal for myself and something that wasn't too unhealthy, but there were absolutely ZERO options. Then, to add insult to injury, my daughter's meal was $12... unexpected price hikes at McDonald's ad well! Nope. I'm done.

McDonald's and their cheaply made, sloppily put together food have finally turned me away. Their prices are so insulting high that I am sickened at the thought of how well the corporate kingpins line their pockets because of the massive upsell on their average food. It's a shame that people pay for name and convenience because they really should take their business elsewhere instead of feeding an economic monster that is so obsessed with money over costumer service and satisfaction. I will never buy from them again out of spite and self respect.

Please bring back the breakfast bagels. It's the only thing I will eat for breakfast there I would grab breakfast 2-3 times a week before the bagels were taken from us.

Well I had went to McDonald's in Fresno CA on Clovis and Kings canyon. The management waa extremely rude to me. I didn't do anything wrong.

I have just had the worst customer service experience in my entire life. My wife and I were ordering 2 separate orders, I was cut off twice during my 1st order, and as I started my second order the person on the speaker told me that I cannot put 2 coupon items on the same order, I told her that she misheard me, that I was done with the 1st order, and starting the 2nd, and she told me that I was still adding to my 1st order. I again told her that she misheard me that I wanted to start my 2nd order and she said "you can leave" I said "excuse me" she said "leave" I asked to speak to a manager and told her I wouldn't leave the drive thru until I spoke to a manager and she told me that she was the manager and that she would have the cops escort me off the premises. I proceeded to call the store and ask for a manager and the same woman at the speaker answered the phone and told me she was the manager. I asked for her name and she told me Madison, and I asked for her full name to report her to corporate and she repeated herself "Madison, that is all you need." I have NEVER been treated so poorly by ANY establishment EVER in my ENTIRE LIFE! We as a couple feel discriminated against!

I don't know if it's just me but the food was mushy. I'm vegetarian so I can't speak for the burgers there, but the fries were... Weird. They kinda reminded me of mashed potatoes. Also the amount of grease they put on their food is nuts.

I was spoken to in Spanish there was a clear disregard from employee of my affect from writing a review( the only way to speak to the comany) that this was unacceptable. That manager was able to decide to not answer my call for calling her incapable after my first call. I don't speak Spanish and don't intend to I'm sorry for that, all in all I only needed to place an order and now she won't accept my call, what am I to do call the second closest McDonalds?
